Nice hotel, great spacious room. Hotel pool was also nice as well as surrounding area. Too bad there aren't any supermarket-type places nearby (no biggie). very pleasant walking area as well. Great front-desk staff and quick shuttle service as well.
Only complaint is that I lfit weights and there were only 5 dumbbells :-( Boo, but I made it work! Thx again!!

We had a very brief stay but what I could see was stains on the carpets outside the room and along the hallways.
Also the front desk did not have a shower cap which I would have thought would be standard offerings. Other than those 2 items the room was very clean and the upgrade to a suite was appreciated. The staff was very helpful both checking in and out.

i must admit, this hotel is excellent, the staff are wonderful, the shuttle to and from the airport is convenient plus i wanted to purchase an item from walgreens nearby and the shuttle took me there comp, the driver terrance was patient and polite. the rooms are clean and very comfortable, i will certainly recommend it to anyone, well worth every dime

The shower curtin smelled so badly that I skipped taking a shower. Also when I opened the coffee maker a cockroach crawled out.
The shuttle was very quick and both times I took it, the drivers were terrific - professional and nice. The bar couldn't make the drink I wanted because they out of vermouth, but the bartender was attentive and helpful.

After 8 (exhausting but fun) days in Orlando, our early evening flight was pushed to after midnight we decided not to wait it out and headed for a hotel instead. I booked this hotel online and their complimentary shuttle picked my family of two adults and three weary kids up at the airport. We didn't even have our luggage, but the front desk gave us more amenities - shampoos, toothbrushes etc. The shuttle then took my husband to Walgreens to buy t-shirts for us to sleep in and hairbrushes and deodorant! As an SPG Gold member, I was able to get one of three free perks- and I chose a much needed cocktail from the bar :-) to go along with our late room service dinner. The hotel rooms are very large, incredibly clean and have microwaves and fridges- a plus when traveling with kids. The front desk staff were awesome and the shuttle was a great perk. We vowed to stay here next time we visit the area as it was perfect! Highly recommend a stay here!

They assigned us to a room that was already occupied...thank goodness the ocupants were nice (and dressed) when we attempted to get into their room.
No free internet access.
Cigarette butts in the pool and a hot tub full of foam.
Sheets didn't fit the bed and wouldn't stay on.
They didn't even ask if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out.

This hotel is about what you would expect from a Sheraton property, no more. SPG Preferred rooms are in odd locations. Mine was on the first floor, right near the lobby, facing the pool. I am not sure most frequent travelers are looking for noise. Property was nice, location was close to the airport, and there were options around for food.

During are stay there was vomit on the floor by the exit to the pool in was unbelievably strong smelling husband cut in toe in the hot tub there are sharp things in the bottom and I wanted a coffee and the women at the front desk wouldn't give me one so no I was not sattified. Also there were things in bottom of pool it wasn't very clean

My brother and nephew visited us at Christmas and booked their return flight out of Orlando for 8 am, meaning a 6 am security check. Since we are an hour and a half from Orlando, that meant leaving our house at 4:30 am. Rather than do that, we all spent the night at the Sheraton and their Airport shuttle took him at 6 am. BONUS!!!

This is a positive review. The hotel beds are comfortable. The hotel has a safe feel and overall friendly staff. House keeping was attentive and also friendly
Areas of concern:
I stayed at this property two times within a week. Upon check in each time I requested an "enhanced spg room" if available. I was told each time that all rooms are the same. Both times, I was placed across from the SPG rooms, as indicated on the plate outside of the rooms. Yes my room was absolutely fine, but it is that simple recognition that makes it valuable to stay at a Starwood brand in order to continue loyalty. As a gold member, this surprised me.
Only other concern I had was the training in the coffee shop. Again I went into the coffee shop on two separate occasions. Each time the drink maker had to be walked through the process, and drinks continued to come out incorrect. Otherwise great convenience.
I will return if I happen to need a category 2 hotel in Orlando.

The hotel shuttle service was very slow. It took over a half hour to pick us up. They were understaffed in the restaurant due to an overage of guests from another hotel due to a fire. As a result room service took almost an hour. Hopefully this is an exception.
The staff were friendly just overwhelmed by number of guests

Nice room. Great pool area. Staff was wonderful. Fitness area was better than most. HOWEVER, I was awakened at 3:30AM by someone using the toilet. At first I thought it was someone in my room (I was alone). Turns out it was the person in the room next to me and believe me, I heard EVERY sound! Also, my toilet seat was chipped.

This facility exceeded my expectations.
Staff were friendly, saying good morning, can we help you, beyond the normal.
The only minor problem was the 25 minute wait for meals. However, the food was excellent and the service was exceptional.
I look forward to staying there again, when we hold our next convention there next year.

two things I found interesting---1. the wait staff--they were all in the wrong position or poorly trained---of the 6 nights we stayed and had breakfast each morning--only on Sunday 5/26 did we have a young gal that did an amazing job...food was fair service poor... 2. the swimming pool cold--to the point I saw anyone go in...

I was attending a seminar being held at the hotel and booked my room there as well. Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. I had to return my car at the airport and they picked me up very promptly. Service staff in the meeting rooms put fresh water frequently, staff was friendly and the burgers aren't too shabby ;)

Heated inside/outside pool was a perfect end to our stay in Orlando on a day that turned too cold for outdoor pools. Being 10 minutes away and catching a shuttle one hour and 40 minutes before departure instead of the 3 hours we would have had to leave from the Disney resorts for an early morning flight was a HUGE bonus.

Good location and local food options were good as well. Hotel does charge for internet access and coffee in the morning. Full service breakfast buffet (not included), fitness room, convenient shuttle to the airport and within 2 miles of hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff; comfortable and clean rooms

The overall staff was very good. The rooms were more than spacious. The breakfast was very poor. We received dirty coffee cups, and slow unresponsive service from the restaurant. The eggs were old, over heat lamped, and dry. Obviously, we were disappointed.
Stay for the airport location but eat at denny's close by.

Overall the stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helped us order pizza. Unfortunately, we had to order pizza because the room service kitchen shut down 15 minutes before its stated time. However, I understand this happens and was not a big deal. The room was fantastic! Free airport shuttle a plus!

After a long trip home from St.Martin. Caitlyn was awaiting us at the front desk when we booked in and was very Gracious as was Yolanda when whe checked out. A really nice room and comfortable bed, along with Starbucks coffee for the breweer. Had a great nights rest and the courtyard was landscaped very nice.

Yes this place is not great but not too bad. On the negative side pizza don't order out doesn't compare to a big city pizza place and swiimming pool is descent although could use a recement look a bit moldy as well but still able to swim in. room is comfortable and well kept and internet service is above par.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very close to the airport, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, large rooms, balcony with chairs and table, quiet, and friendly staff. Only negative is small pool area so we didn't get a chance to sit out there as it was quite crowded.

Both times we had to wait 25 to 30 minutes for the airport shuttle.
When checking in the only person on the front desk kept answering the phone leaving me there waiting almost ten minutes.
When I called fromthe airport I was put on hold and then no one would answer had to call again, not very good service.

This hotel is badly in need of a some renovation, especially with the carpeting. Lobby looks nice and room is OK, but carpet in room and especially in hallways is worn and dirty. Hallways have an odor, likely from food being spilled on the carpets and lack of cleaning. Also, I had no shampoo in the room.

I love stay at this hotel. It has everything I would want. The service standard is "excellence" and it never disappoints. The staff is always polite and willing to go the extra mile to please. The rooms are always clean and bed is wonderfully comfortable. I can truthfully say this is my favorite hotel.

To start, we waited forever for the shuttle from the airpor. Service was slow. Room was ok but the hall and stairwell were disgusting. Dining closed well before advertised and there was no room service after 11. That is nonsense for a hotel that caters to the airport clientele.

This hotel has a relaxing pool area and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and willing to assist with anything you may need! I would highly recommend this hotel. One of the best Sheraton properties we have stayed at.

I arranged for a business visitor from China to stay at this hotel. He did not speak English, so the hotel sent me the dinner menu in Chinese. They also welcomed my guest with a letter written in Chinese. He was very pleased with the welcome and accomodations. Great job Sheraton Orlando Airport!

Rated 5 out of 5 by PHDDOC This facility is extraordinary in rest and relation for the seasoned traveller.
A pleasant and professional staff is a true precursor in the determination of the quality of the time a traveler will experience in a hotel stay. Yolanda and Hector were indicative of the those to qualities. This hotel was very clean and very quiet. What else can I say?
