Hotel was so clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. The fitness room was very clean and had a excellent variety of equipment for a quick workout. My stay at the hotel was most enjoyable and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Orlando Airport area.

Our stay here came at the tail end of a Disneyworld trip. We'd been at the larger, overpriced resorts near the park, and though we had a lot of fun there, the customer service, room comfort, cleanliness and food/beverage quality was far higher here at Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport! Not sure how you train your staff to wear constant smiles, but it's working! Super EASY and fast transfer to airport wrapped up our trip home smoothly.

Stayed here for a quick overnight. Hotel was clean and comfortable as well as convenient. The rooms were large and also clean. Bought breakfast downstairs which was good.

Had and early flight so I stayed at this hotel. The room was nice and well furnished. Not sure if it was a platinum upgrade as all the rooms are technically suites in this property. There is no club lounge, which is a big negative, and they do want you to choose breakfast or points. I chose points because I wasn't looking for any trouble as the other platinum guests suggested regarding breakfast.
The hallways were very loud with kids screaming, would be nice if the hotel reserved a section just for platinum business guests.
Overall good place for a quick one night stay, but many spg options in Orlando that will treat you well if you are Platinum might be better options for longer Orlando stay.

I thought this would be a dive for the points spent, however everything has been newly upgraded and the staff were great. We opted for the breakfast amenity instead of points, because we received breakfast for two valued at 14.95 a person. There is a bit of noise from landing planes, but it would only bother someone that's a light sleeper. We stayed at the Swan at Disney the night before and this hotel was much better as far as furnishings, breakfast quickness, check-in, parking (included). I wish we had just stayed at this hotel the whole weekend. It's still only a 20 min. drive from attractions.

I am a VERY loyal SPG member and I always choose an SPG hotel if possible. This location is excellent, with the exception of the staff working at the internal Starbucks. I went there 2 times during my stay and ordered the same drink - and both of the ladies making it were reading a "how to" book and still did not make my drink correctly. May seem a small thing, but because I am also a loyal Starbucks customer I find this very sad....

First I am going to say that this is NOT the first time I stayed in this hotel.. This is my hotel of choice when I go to Orlando, FL. NEVER before had a bad experience. So let's hope that this was just a "glitch" in the system. Check in was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. now the person covering the shift from 11:00 pm to ??? need some "customer service" training. I called to ask for something and the answer was (in a rude manner) that I had to get downstairs. the room was nice and clean. The issue I had was with the breakfast. I was traveling with family and to additional family members came to stay I went downstairs to ask for an additional voucher for breakfast and the two employees at the counter which by the way were VERY rude said that they didn't have any additional vouchers. but they did had a whole pack in front of them. For me one or two additional vouchers wouldn't hurt at all because it is a buffet. besides there is NO WAY they can actually measure how many people when to the eat breakfast because there are people that eat 2 or 3 plates and there are others that just go for a pastry/coffee etc.
