Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike1966 Great beds
Normally when I stay at a hotel, I do not get a good night sleep until the 2nd night. The beds were amazing and slept like a baby on the first night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MD50 This hotel "does" have great features especially with the Sheraton room upgrade!!!
My wife, myself, and grandson stayed at the Sheraton from March 27-March 29th, and because "Neil" from the front desk suggested an upgrade, we did, and we were extremely pleased, especially after meeting the male host Dan, in the Sheraton room. He went out of his way, to ensure that we had adequate snacks to eat, and always engaged us with pleasant conversation. The swimming pool and hot-tub were also excellent, and ALL of your staff were extremely friendly...and, because of our positive experience at your hotel, we will certainly promote/suggest your Hotel to all of our friends and colleagues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SouthDakotaTraveler Our favorite place to stay
We love this place. It is our favorite place to stay. We've stayed here quite a few times and when we travel to Minneapolis this is our number one choice for a hotel. The staff, facility, accommodations, rooms are fantastic. We will be booking again when we travel for Twins' games. We really appreciate the location, the friendliness of staff and our continued satisfaction each time we stay.

Rated 3 out of 5 by KJ33 Slightly dissapointed
The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near suburban headquarters of many top companies. Unfortunately, I am sad to say that the Sheraton Club had a fruit fly issue making me hesitant to eat the food that was available, my towels were dirty, AND I saw a couple of daddy long legs spiders in my room which gave me the creeps. Despite ALL of that, I'd still reccomend the hotel in hopes that my experience was just a anomally.
I ordered room service 2x and both servers were extremely pleasant.

Rated 2 out of 5 by moecal Very nice hotel, overpriced
This is a very nice facility but is simply overpriced. We supposedly received a corporate group rate, yet I could book it for $4 cheaper at Travelocity. The site keeps mentioning a lowest price guarantee but our group rate (Fortune 100 company) didn't even achieve that. Also, I was booked with a room with double beds per our group rate when the Travelocity booking showed King's still available (for less) and others from our company were offered a King later at a much higher rate yet. I was told I could get a king or queen if it became available but of course that just means if they were unsuccessful at booking the higher rate, aka 'no'. And of course another $10/day for wireless internet even though that's free at a hotel that costs $60. Beautiful facility, nice rooms, but simply overpriced.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous Meh
Good location. Nice lobby, pool and hot tub. Rooms showing wear and tear. Lots of little things that illustrate that management isn't on top of the upkeep. For example ... the cover on the TV remote that holds the batteries in was nowhere to be found and one of the hinges on the toilet seat was broken. And surprised they're still charging $10 for wireless access.
