Rated 4 out of 5 by Kapmeister Mostly positive. We will come back.
Nothing bad, just a couple of suggestions. We paid extra to stay on the Club Floor. While I really appreciate how quiet it was, I would suggest two minor items based on experience at other similar hotels:
1. Paying for alcohol from the first drink seemed a little "cheap". If not all drinks for FREE, a suggestion is to provide a drink ticket (one per adult in the room) so at least we have have a glass of wine without spending an extra $10+
2. I did not find the club room attendants (for the evening appetizer and breakfast) to be overly friendly. Not mean either, but certainly not at all warm and inviting.
Having said all that, the people at the front desk and the bartender were great.
We plan to come back in 3 weeks, if the club floor rates are reasonable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Furay Great stay
Wonderful breakfast. Nice room with large screen TV. We had a room that was not in the tower where the pool is and appreciated that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Singaporeflyer Never again...
Booked room choice not available cigarette smoke smell in room and cigarette buts everywhere. Starwood platinum level not acknowledged at check in ... The only saving grace was the assistant manager who was kind enough to help is move to an appropriate room

Rated 5 out of 5 by jay1 Great Hospitality
Great hospitality from start to finish. I accidentally reserved a King Bed for two, but needed two doubles (my daughter and wife were with me). The Hotel front desk could not have been nicer. I believe the man's name was Tristan. Superior service. Very Kind and accommodating. This is my favorite Sheraton in Minneapolis area and I have stayed at 4 of them. I love the way the staff treats its guests!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bob4 Party Time!
We were there on a weekend and it was over-run with kids and teens - loud and noisy. They were all over the place and only one elevator was operating. If an adult wanted to use the pool or hot tub, forget it. Did not have a laundry facility which is needed when on a longer road trip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mikeef Couldn't have been happier!
Really fantastic stay: My wife and I, and our four-year old twins. $129 per night. Everyone, particularly the breakfast staff, went out of their way for our kids.
This is not a luxury hotel and they don't advertise it as such, but we felt the service levels were above and beyond. Atrium-style hotel with the lobby in the center and a pool on the opposite side of the elevators. Rooms were quite nice, particularly for the price, and the club lounge was much improved since the last time we were there.
We had connecting rooms, which served us perfectly, since we could stick the kids in the other room. Bathrooms were nice and the shower had great water pressure. Try not to get a room overlooking the pool, which gets noisy.
My only complaint was that the hotel's wifi kept dropping me and the FD clerk really couldn't do anything for me (It was 8pm and the tech team had gone home.).
Location is great, next to Ridgedale and near plenty of restaurants.
We come here every year and this is our Minneapolis home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by KJ33 Slightly dissapointed
The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near suburban headquarters of many top companies. Unfortunately, I am sad to say that the Sheraton Club had a fruit fly issue making me hesitant to eat the food that was available, my towels were dirty, AND I saw a couple of daddy long legs spiders in my room which gave me the creeps. Despite ALL of that, I'd still reccomend the hotel in hopes that my experience was just a anomally.
I ordered room service 2x and both servers were extremely pleasant.
