We were there for 2 nights primarily for a organization banquet on Saturday. This organization has been doing this for years. This year we had great facilities for awards, etc, but for the first time, the food itself was cold. This was a big disappointment to the 81 people who attended. We will more than likely be back again next year with a stipulation of the food at least be kept warm.

WI-FI DID NOT WORK, COFFEMAKER IN LOUNGE DID NOT WORK, COULD HAVE USED SEATING BY FRONT DOOR WHILE WAITING FOR RIDE. NO REFRIGERATOR IN ROOM. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. ALSO NO NOTICE OF $1.00 CHARGE FOR LOCAL CALLS FROM ROOM. IT APPEARS TO BE SAVING MONEY ON ROUTINE IMPROVEMENS. WASTED 20 MINUTES WITH THEIR TECH SUPPORT IN DALLAS TO TRY AND GET WI-FI TO WORK, FRONT DESK SAID OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM IN OUR ROOM

Room comfort was satisfactory. Service staff was satisfactory. Was surprised to pay the full rate and not know that I did not receive "Club Status" with no complimentary breakfast until morning. Also, didn't appreciate having to stand in line to receive bill. Overall, stay was pretty average amongst several options. Cost is on the high side.

Thank you so much for a wonderful night. It was our 50th stay and you upgraded us to a suite, free large bottle of water , and a complementary chocolate treat. It was just so unexpected. The manager warmly greeted us and informed us that it was our 50th stay and asked what we thought our reward should be. I joking said upgrade to a suite. She left for two seconds and return with keys to the fourth floor and said here is your suite. When we arrived at the room we found that it was a very large suite with big jetted tub, large living room, with a hand written card congratulating on our 50th stay. Thank you so much for making us feel so special.

I paid extra in order to stay in the Sheraton Club and I have to say it was a disappointment, the room actually did not smell good. the food quality was absolutely awful one of the items was terrible, the breakfast was just as bad, the staff in the lounge was very nice both ladies were wonderful. The worse part of my experience is that fact that I went down to the hot tub and I was really disappointed in the fact that it was cold also when I turned on the jets the hot tub was too full and started overflowing so I turned it off right away

This hotel meet my needs by offering transportation to and from my corporate office during bad weather conditions, but also, providetransportation to and from local restaurants. I ordered a dish from the hotel restaurant "The Reserve" and it was great. Also, this hotel offers "Green" ammenties which rewards you with a $5 reward certificate each day which can be used in the restaurant or gift shop.
