We were able to be on lounge floor. The lounge was well-stocked and open 24/7 (unlike another chain we frequent). Our room was well-arranged and roomy, especially the bathroom.
The hot tub was not conveniently located.

We have stayed here in the past, but this was the best experience. The Staff was very accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. It is obvious that some changes were made and the customer service was excellent.

I love staying at the Sheraton. The lobby is to die for. Huge fireplace to sit around and talk. the pool area is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is always friendly and meets my needs.

As a Lifetime Platinum I stay in many Starwood properties and this one rates as poor. Many of the "Upgrade" rooms have small bathrooms, poor/bad drainage in the tubs and sinks, and the ventilation is very poor.

Arrived at the hotel at 1am only to be told that they were overbooked because of a conference and have to send me to an inn 15 mins away (not comparable and not in downtown). I had booked the hotel more than 2 months prior to my arrival date. Didn't even have the decency to let me know in advance. I asked if they really didn't have any rooms given that it was really late (1am), there was no prior notification, I was checking out the next day (less than 12 hours later) and I already had plans to meet with people around the hotel in the morning. They insisted they were completely full. So I had no choice but to head to the inn. When I arrived at the inn, I was given a room on the 3 floor with no elevator access. I had 2 60 lbs bag and am still recovering from a torn ACL. I called the hotel and told the front desk (Emma) that I can't carry the bags up 3 floors because of my torn ACL. She called the manager (Jonathan Lerwill) and called back 10 mins later saying they managed to find me a room (eventhough they insisted earlier they were completely full) and a car was on the way to pick me up. 10 mins later she called me back and said unfortunately the room was no longer available and there was nothing she could do! I was furious but she said the managment will compensate me and she will get the manager to call me. The next morning I went to the hotel to speak to the manager but he was no where to be found. I left another message to call me but he never did. I then emailed the General Manager of the hotel (Jason Ford) and his attitude infuriated me even more..apart from not being sincerely apologetic, this is what he said to me.."we typically expect friends of Starwood to be more understanding". Seriously?? This is the worst service I have ever received.

This property and the service exceeded my expectations based upon recent reviews. The relative value was a plus, the front desk assistance was super and SPG benefits were offered and fully honored.

Would recommend the hotel to others solely based on the location, convenience, and friendliness of employees. No hotel is perfect, but the quality per dollar spent was definitely worth it at this place.

I was here for a conference just overnight and wished I had had more time here. A very nice hotel, the price was very reasonable, and the room and lobby were great. Overall a very nice experience.

Friendly staff with a warm welcome. The room was well appointed. The only quibble I had was the noisy conditioned air system. I found this to be a problem during previous visits to this property.

I made the booking well in advance.Requested King bed. Confirmed on the reservation. Showed up at the hotel. No king rooms left.No explanation other than sorry. no compensation for being put out.

Swimming pool and hut top were great. No breakfast included was a pain. No internet access except lobby was very disappointing.
Shuttle service to downtown and airport was great.

The Sheraton in SLC is a very good value. The rooms are exceptional and the staff is helpful and friendly. We especially liked that they are "dog friendly" and our dog had a great time.

This hotel is good but not great, but it is a good price in a convenient location if your reason for being there is to do business in downtown Salt Lake City. Very attentive staff.

Nice hotel but I find it mildly obnoxious that you charge for internet. While $9.99/24hr is not much it just seems in this day and age it should be free.

Staff did not help meet our needs for our stay in SLC. Shuttle service was arranged and then told unavailable 5 minutes prior for party of nine staying at the hotel.

The hotel has had some cosmetic upgrades, however, the rooms still look old and dated. The Starwood signature heavenly bed are sadly missing from the rooms.

This is a wonderful SPG SLC property. The only affordable SPG property in the area. The rooms are comfortable and cozy and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff were just the best. The Upgrade to the 10th Floor Lounge was also excellent. Cannot wait for our next stay at SLC Sheraton.
