I had an outstanding experience at the Sheraton St. Louis City Center Hotel with how beautiful the building was, how updated the rooms were, how clean and comfortable my room was along with the restaurants and lounge. Every member of the staff that I encountered went way out of their way to make my short stay one that I will always remember with wonderful memories. Thank you to all!

Another great stay at a Starwood property. Only a 10 minute walk to the stadium, easy access to the interstate. Rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and have all the Starwood amenities you would expect. Quite comfortable and a big thanks to the management for acknowledging my 25th stay! I will stay here again and recommend for sure!

This hotel is old, outdated, dirty and dingy and needs to be updated. My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but still had a smoke odor and the linens also smelled of smoke. The carpet was filthy and had stains all over it. The alarm clock was not plugged in and I couldn't figure out how to set it. The windows were all interior windows, which only added to the outdated feel of the property.

I am a frequent traveler. I love the Sheraton. I was the coordinator for my family reunion in 2013 and chose a Sheraton as our site. On 2/21/2014 I turned 50. I had several out if town guests. I chose the City Center location in ST. Louis as it was close to the venue of my celebration, we had three rooms. I was horrified, the hotel room looked like a motel room in a bad movie. The carpet was dirty, the sofa was extremely dated and dirty. I asked to change a guard brought keys to the room and I'd not offer to help me move I had 3 pieces of luggage and boxes of gifts. I got to next room, it was worse. I changed 4 times and because it was after midnight I just decided to suck it up. I hav stayed at Sheratons around the country and never had this experience. I was not offered any assistance. Upon checking out and being asked how the stay was and I replied horrible I was told, "oh we will give you 2,500 points," as if it's that would compensate for a special evening that was ruined. I was also told next time we will put you in a good room, as if I would come back. Extremely saddened and severely disappointed.

Expect to pay extra for things included at other hotels. Like parking, yip that is an extra charge; wifi, not free here; and you're on your own for breakfast too. Staff is friendly, rooms clean. Yes I would recommend, but warn to expect to pay more then just your room rate.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary. the staff gave us free drinks, and a free breakfast for one morning of our stay! That was so awesome!

The staff was friendly enough. However, there was much disappointment with the condition of the room. The furniture in the sitting room was DIRTY & STAINED!! We had to request another room. But, it was not too much better. We were very disappointed. The hotel is in need of updating.
