I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 1 night and found our bed linens to be wet (including the mattress) with what appeared/smelled to be urine. Obviously housekeeping did not change the linens after the guests before us checked out otherwise this would have never happened.

I had an awesome time and even though "We" had a particular issues over the duration of my stay the aura was extremely pleasant and the people so friendly...always a smile. the meals - delicious!!! Certainly, a MUST VIST soon.

This hotel was convenient to the wedding we were attending, however, it was not easy just entering the facility. Our first room was very smelly so we switched rooms. The staff was very gracious in moving us to another room but it took us 90 minutes to make the switch and we had to call the desk to request another porter to come to our room so we could move our stuff. The staff gave us a voucher for a free breakfast for our inconvenience which was appreciated

The club upgrade is SO worth it! The food at the hotel is a bit pricey, so having breakfast and evening snacks in the club lounge each day was great. The staff was so helpful--we had trouble with our key card and they were more than willing to make us new keys. Getting vouchers for food discounts for supporting the "go green" campaign was also a plus.

Arrived at the Club Lounge for a quick cup of coffe to find: (1) no atendant present; (2) 2 empty pots of coffe; (3) out of commission espresso maker; (4) bad attitude from lounge attendant, making guests feel like fools because they could not get any coffee from the espresso machine (which turned out to be completely empty of water, as he failed to keep it replenished).

The staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous, however the rooms were dirty, outdated and although the establishment is non-smoking, reeked of cigarettes.
The exercise room has broken down, poorly maintained equipment and a distinct lack of sanitizer.

At the Jones wedding reception on the 13th floor on Saturday night there were 2 bartenders, a man and a woman. The guy was great. The woman first claimed the Crown Royal was only for the bride and groom. Later she fixed my Crown and water and then poured Coke in it.

nice hotel , good location, maid was not that good. By the time you pay taxes and parking fees and Wifi it adds another 50.00 a day. First motel I have ever stayed in that charges Wifi fees. Rooms are nice though and pool is really big.
