While the hotel was nice, the shining star of this hotel is it's staff. Especially Eric at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made my stay, short though it was a very positive experience. Thank you to your wonderful staff.

When I booked this; I specifically booked a skyview room (for our wedding night). When we checked in - I asked the lady at the front desk...this is a skyview right? the one with the big windows? she said "yes"....Sadly...it was not. Just a regular ol room. Don't understand why she would tell me "Yes" then send us on up to a room that wasn't what I reserved OR paid for. Also the duvet cover had a broken zipper and the comforter inside - right where the zipper was broken had a nasty stain. We don't care enough to replace this kind of thing especially when it 's clearly visible? (Even if it's not...why not fix or replace?) Disappointed.

Love this hotel.
The manager and staff completely get customer service. They listened and helped me get a bag from Downtown Denver. They made my stay frictionless and I appreciate that.

Had the worst SPG experience at this hotel. At check-in, Agent was rude - no eye contact, no hello. I came in at 12:30pm and had a meeting at 3pm that I had to get ready for prior. I was told that no rooms were ready and that "check in time is at 3pm"... I said, "okay, understood - I am early, however, I have a meeting, how long do you think it will take to get a room" - to which the Agent said, "sir, check in time is at 3pm"... There were 1,000 better ways to address this, but instead I get a response that I would expect by my local DMV agent. I asked for her Manager. After relaying my experience in detail, I find out the Manager is actually the Food & Beverage Director! He then finds the Front Desk Manager, and at that point - 10 minutes after trying to check in, a room is available.
To make something clear - my experience is not out of the norm for a Motel 6 - but I do expect better treatment being an Ambassador level Platinum guest.
I can forgive a bad customer experience - but the reason I will never come back here has nothing to do with the above - every time a door opened and closed in my hallway I heard a loud bang - my sleep was awful as a result - as doors open and close past mid-night and happen again by 6am. How hard would it be to get door dampeners? Not being able to sleep at a hotel is a deal breaker!.

Housekeeping staff needs improvement. Beds poorly made, sheets not changed during our 3 night stay. Glasses & cups not clean. Club room service understaffed.

We stayed at 3 other hotels during our honeymoon, and this was the only one who went above and beyond when they learned we were on our honeymoon. They gave us a free upgrade to their club floor, which was amazing! The location was very convenient, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the club amenities were wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for making our honeymoon special!
