Rated 5 out of 5 by Customer Service is outstanding Upon arrival, I realized that I had booked the wrong hotel - the person at the front desk offered to drive me to the hotel where I was booked, which was just down the road. I had prepaid for that hotel, so had to stay there that night, but the next day, I booked at the Sheraton. The staff welcomed me back and gave me a lovely room. Could not have been nicer. Rated 4 out of 5 by In Room Coffee I've been staying at this hotel at least a dozen to 18 times in the last 9 months and you guys can't seem to manage the in-room coffee very well. The size of the coffee pods are WAY too big for the coffee maker and water spills everywhere. And, when I mention it to the staff they look at me like I was speaking a dead language. How hard is this problem to solve? Either get different coffee makers or get coffee pods that actually fit. And, please don't be stingy with the creamers. . .there's nothing worse than a bad cup of coffee at 5:30 in the morning without the ability to even go downstairs and buy one because the cafe is not open then. I really like this hotel but the little things like this really perplex me. July 31, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Reasonable Stay, But ... I frequently stay at the Sheraton Denver Tech Center and generally have a great stay. Most went well, but when I ran out of deodorant the desk staff were standoffish and told me to buy it at the lobby shop. Not really an issue, but Sheraton has always had complimentary deodorant and the lobby shop only had anti-perspirent to which I am allergic. It was more the attitude, but I was surprised since it has always been available in the past, so a bit disappointing. August 1, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nice hotel BUT...! They cancelled my 3 night reservation (no return) when I did not arrive the first night. I arrived late and came to visit my sister in law in the ICU ward at the hospital spending the 1st night at my brothers house. I arrived for the 2nd night at the hotel and with the reservation now cancelled...they booked me again...charging me again. Nice night - ended up only staying the one night. Contacted hotel one week later to straighten it out (said they would - spoke to female named Sxxxx) - still not right a month later. So - Hotel has charged me for 4 nights and I stayed one. UNBELIEVABLE! How much more time can be wasted before I give up seems to be the game here. Bad customer service and no obvious email recourse. End up calling and getting 15 different people with no paper trial to help fix this. I am very frustrated and disappointed. July 27, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Makes me sad. We have been using the DTC for several years now and have always been happy with our stay and the club level lounge was always nice. This time, we had to wait just over and hour for the room to be ready and then we were put in a room that was already occupied, The club lounge has started charging for beer and wine. In the morning I had to ask for some hot coco and it no longer has a microwave in the club lounge. The appetizers were just okay; and the service was just okay. They also removed the hot tub. I find it sad to see the service and quality of the hotel go down. July 21, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel seriously missed the mark I reserved a room on club level/ king size bed/complimentary breakfast/internet access and I prefer away from the elevators. I made my reservation two weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was given a room on the 2nd floor across from the vending/ice machine AND washers and dryers. It had two double beds, a bathroom so small the door barely cleared the commode and the towels smelled like fried chicken oil - old fried chicken oil. I showed them my room reservation but they could not 'fix' what had happened because they were sold out. I did receive a bag of snacks in recognition of my SPG membership. I declined. I will never stay at this Sheraton again. I will not recommend it although my company has a discount agreement with them. July 18, 2014
