Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Resort for relaxation Though we were not given Starwoods preferred guest room even when the occupancy declined after the weekend, the overall experience was good. They do need to have more variety in the menu as those staying for more than two days may run out of options. Food quality was very good. June 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Desert Oasis This hotel celebrates the spirit of the local Gila Indian community. The atmosphere is very relaxing and efficient. The history is even more fascinating. Canal cruise at sunset was delightful. Our room was outstanding! Ate at the Ko'Sin where local dishes enhanced our lunch. May 7, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent staff, lousy room The full size bed are terrible. You can hear a pin drop in the next room. Shower fixture was possessed. The screen door to our patio was broken. For how much the room cost, I expected better. The staff was excellent, always courteous and smiling and friendly. April 20, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome retreat in the summer We enjoyed our peaceful , quiet stay at the Wild Horse Pass Resort. There were many options for activities and the staff was totally on top of everything. We felt like kings at the resort. It was extremely clean and the food was amazing. Rated 5 out of 5 by The hotel conference staff were exceptional. Lizzie, Jose, Ben, Larry, everyone—the whole conference staff went out of their way to accommodate our meeting. We accomplished so much because we had their help. The food: unbelievably delicious, and the variety was beyond anyone's expectations. Compliments to the chef. December 19, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by A little confusing This is a nice resort but it is a bit confusing to manuever through/around. Getting to/from the self park lot can be difficult if you are on the convention center side of the resort. I really did not like the dark colors and decorations and made the hotel feel stuffy. Rated 4 out of 5 by Your senses will come alive. As soon as one enters this hotel, the senses come alive. The sound of the waterfall as it cascades down the boulders in the main room is soothing. Sunshine streams through the full wall of windows and entices one to venture out toward the pool area. The pool has several sections to accommodate all ages. While venturing to our room was in a darkened maze-like hallway, the room itself was lovely. The white linen bedding made the room warm and inviting. Nice large windows opened onto a small patio where one can greet the morning with a hot cup of self brewed Starbucks coffee. Plenty of towels and toiletries filled the bathroom where a deep soaking tub and a separate shower were available. No microwave or refrigerator in the room, but the hotel offers several restaurants with varying menus. Checking in was easy and staff was friendly. Room service was tasty and delivered within the time quoted. A must visit is to the spa. Colorful, soothing decor with very professional, personable staff. I will return just to use the spa. It was #3168, the very last room on the wing and next to the exit door; which we could hear slam shut and vibrate in our room frequently as other guests would come in or exit through it. Great place to relax or rock out with hiking horseback riding, golf, water-slide and drinks by the pool, of course. The employees are very nice and helpful. From the front desk to the garden maintenance people. We will be back... April 29, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Learning Summit The hotel was great except for the loss of sleep on the first night there because of noisy neighbors. Its isolation may be good for some situations, but it really limits choices for food, drink, and entertainment. June 12, 2014

Very large pool with a water slide, several whirlpools, great restaurants, miles of hiking trails, beautiful views of the mountains, and an incredible spa. The staff was wonderful. Even when you double check the bill or waiting for your luggage or eating at the resturant: the staff--its a mess. I would go back but be prepared. I was expecting better service. April 23, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by rate hotel This hotel was infested with mesquitos and did not have a elevator at the end of the floors. You had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. They should have built up not out....very long walk to lobby and conference rooms... June 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel has great service Good and fast shuttle bus to outlet. However, the hotel is far away from city downtown. It is not convenient for shopping without a car. Food is tasty. The Wi-Fi in the room is awful! The speed is very slow! But the Wi-Fi in the conference room is very fast. February 18, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ms Robins We have been to this hotel many times in the past and feel the standards have gone down. The Nachos at the pool are not as good in the past, even my 14 year old said they are using cheap ingredient, not tasty and the chips are cheap tasting... The bedrooms have less towels, shampoo, and half and half. Found garbage behind our armchair, the seats on the patio were dirty and very dusty, the patio was filthy. Did not see any boats this time, really missed them, it was an added feature. Cucumber water in the lobby used to be a nice touch. The furniture in the bar is getting really old. Charging $20 extra for use of the facility was annoying and not worth it. The beds in the room seemed smaller, My husband and I were not comfortable. Having free coffee downstairs in the past was really nice, got you out of bed and touring the hotel to see where to eat. The line at the coffee shop too long. Did not feel this time that we got value for what we paid. Staff do not seem very happy....Did not feel like a resort atmosphere as in the past. July 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by stolen sunglasses My experince was marred by my loss of my blue Maui Jim sunglasss that I left in my room. I called to report the loss and I did not recieve a call back. I just checked again with no results. Surely you have record of who cleaned the room and could follow up. February 9, 2013

Awesome room, free shuttle to onsite golf courses (if you are a golfer these are both must plays) beautiful grounds, great bellman and super friendly staff. Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Good Stay The stay was very good. My only problem was with the shuttle to and from the casino. It was inadequate given the volume of riders and the every 15 minute wait exceeded half an hour. The facilities and food were excellent and the staff was attentive. April 8, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs to re-evaluate itself 20.00 resort fee per day for wireless access that isn't very good, I gave up and used my 4G directly. 1.00 per bottle for drinking water in your room? Quit nickel and diming us to death, charge us what it takes to run your hotel quit the bogus fees. May 24, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Stay but Bad Dining Experience This hotel is fantastic and a great facility but my dining experiences were marred by the fact that it took over an hour for our food to be served once ordered. The restaurant was almost empty and there was no excuse for the long wait. April 12, 2014

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wild Horse resort, the staff really went above and beyond and they were always willing to pleasantly help our whole family. It is one of our favorite resorts!
