My wife and I were looking for a good "staycation" and chose to take advantage of the SPG promotion at WHPass. With so many other options in the Phoenix area, we will not be choosing this one again.
- Food at the Sivlik Grill was fabulous! One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Too bad you have to drive from you room to get there.
- Rooms were unacceptably noisy. All evening we sat and listened to the conversations in the rooms on both sides of us. At normal conversation levels we could hear every word clearly. The snoring from one neighbor kept us awake all night.
- Layout of the hotel. There is NO convenient parking, forcing you to use valet. If your room is near the end of the building, and you want to walk to the lobby, pack a lunch.
- Staff was less than friendly/helpful, when you could find them.
- No acknowledgment of SPG members. What's the benefit?
We did not utilize the golf or spa facilities, so we cannot comment on those. However, as with all other amenities (i.e. casino, restaurants, etc), nothing is conveniently located.

The staff were great & helpful. Especially Elise, who provided excellent recommendations on the food. I definetly recommend for dessert the banana's foster in a mason jar. Very peacefull location, clean & comfortable.

Jason on night audit was very rude and did not express the same friendly and outgoing attitude the rest of your staff maintained. All was wonderful and the hotel is truly a gem.

As a platinum member Ive had the opportunity to stay at quite a few resorts and this is on par with some of the best! Great resort, golf course, spa and Kai restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommend this resort.

I attended a conference for several days and the hotel was excellent. Great rooms, attentive staff, things to do, golf, great swimming pools and the desert views. A great place to stay and I will go back again.

My stay was great the only thing that didn't go right was not receiving the complete romance package. The staff did credit me some money but having it would have been better. Other than that it was fantastic.

This is for the price, absolutely the best place to stay and relax. The layout is stunning, the service was exceptional, and whether it was for our one night or longer, I would so enjoy a whole week here.

Room wasn't ready when I checked in.
SPG perks were minimal, if any?
Bathtub in room never had hot water.
No refrigerator in the room, other than the packed minibar.
Staff was mostly great, otherwise.

From the lobby to the conference/meeting areas, the hotel is a visual delight, showcasing beautiful Native American art. The guest rooms are designed for comfort....well appointed, quiet, and relaxing.

We went in the middle of the summer, down time for hotel in Phoenix, AZ. Staff was helpful and friendly. From Restaurant staff, Spa staff and house keeping were all great, even being their slow time.

Although I was at the resort for a business event, I found it to be very relaxing. It was super clean, quiet and staff was extremely helpful in all situations. The resort is beautiful inside and out.

In Arizona there is competition. I feel that for a "resort" this should be well above the average hotel. Things like spa / fitness hours, wi-fi, good AC should be excellent, they were below par.

We arrived around 11:30pm and there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait several minutes for someone to come. and we were gioven a room that was not clean; the bathroom was very dirty.

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and we returned because of our first experience being so fantastic. I have to say that I felt like because it was the off season it was not staffed properly. There was a room service tray that sat outside the room across from us for two days. Every morning the pool had lot of dirty towels, beer mugs, glasses and pitchers by them. Even when we used the pool later in the morning it was still filled with dirty dishes and towels from the day before. The other feedback I would like to give is that the seating in the Ko-Sin restaurant is so uncomfortable. The booth seating and chairs are really hard to sit in. I was also surprised there was a charge to use the gym as most resorts of this standard have a gym for their guest to use at no charge. Bed and rooms were comfortable. We did have a nice meal at Kai one evening with our friends which was the highlight of our stay. I wouldn't mind staying again as it is a unique location and being a Sheraton I know that they can make the improvements needed, but I wouldn't recommend to anyone at the current condition.

Beautiful resort. Great facilities. Our 3rd stay. Rooms are great and nice views. Enjoy fitness area and the spa. Nice to have quiet pool. Atmosphere is more adult like, which we prefer.

It would be nice if the restaurants on site offered more healthy choices at a reasonable price. The Aji Spa offers a small menu but offers inferior, even stale, wine.
