Rated 5 out of 5 by The hotel conference staff were exceptional. Lizzie, Jose, Ben, Larry, everyone—the whole conference staff went out of their way to accommodate our meeting. Rated 5 out of 5 by Company Winter Event 2012 Exceptional facility that was pleasing to the eya and had many worthwhile amenities. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. Did not understand the need to charge $22.00 for overnight valet parking though. December 13, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Surprised withTwin Beds The big surprise was going to the room and finding that it had two twin beds instead of a Queen or King. It was my wife and I checking in, and there seemed to be lots of empty rooms, so why give us this one, and how come they didn't ask at the front desk when we checked in. Instead they asked what floor level we wanted. At least inform and ask your guest about bed choice. As it was, it was late in the evening, and I dropped my wife off and checked her in and she went up to the room. I went to self park the car to avoid the $20 parking fee, and by the time I got back to the room she was too settled in to change rooms to get a larger bed. They really should have asked ! Rated 5 out of 5 by Productive but relaxed meeting setting Attended a business meeting which proved highly productive but also relaxing... Facility, staff, food and beauty of both the building and grounds are outstanding. Only downside is the hotel does not have its own fitness center... one must pay an extra fee to use the fitness center at the Spa. December 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thanksgiving Vacation I have stayed here before since they have accessible rooms on the 1st floor with roll in showers and joining rooms. when I called for reservations I had a very complicated request for two rooms for different lengths of stay, one accessible, one not accessible. I was certain they would not book it correctly and I would have to deal with it when I arrived. However, they did an excellent job the first time-no changes necessary. December 1, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by A great place to Stay Car vallet staff was excellent and restaurant staff was accomodating and very upbeat. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Thank you for putting the hand towels on a ring by the bathroom sink. The attention to detail in the hotel and the sceenery is outstanding. Gift shop os great. November 20, 2012

It was #3168, the very last room on the wing and next to the exit door; which we could hear slam shut and vibrate in our room frequently as other guests would come in or exit through it. Rated 5 out of 5 by mostly excellent clean, great environs, excellent food and facilities; main drawback: too expensive, w extra fees for many things that other hotels include; the food at the restaurants and gift shop was excellent, but approx 2-4 times as much as out in town; in-room movie cost $17!; wireless internet $13/d; maybe others are used to this level of expense, but not us. And food for conference breakfasts was only ordinary. November 13, 2012

During our stay, the property's "river" was not in good condition and therefore the balcony in my room was unusable as the smell was terrible outside. Smelled like sewage. Teh service in restaraunts was very laid back and not the best if you were in a hurry; but tasted great. Service at the desk/valet/etc was excellent. November 5, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice stay, plan on extra little expenses The hotel staff is fantastic! I would recommend this hotel on that alone. The spa was very nice, and the food was exceptional! However, everything has a cost - from internet use, to the fitness center, to playing the piano (yes, I was told that it was $13 for me to play the piano downstairs, where there was no one around). I was shocked and surprised that there wasn't a thing that was included in the stay here. November 5, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Restaurants The restaurant at this location is completely unacceptable. I honestly believe that I would have experienced better food at Qdoba or Taco Bell as I did at Ko'Sin and the prices are outrageous. Some but not all of the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing any customer service. Major changes are needed at this resort in particular within the restaurants. November 2, 2012

Amenities are fabulous. 2 very minor things I did notice - carpet on the main floor by concierge & the steps didn't appear to be vacuumed enough. The lamps by the calendar sticks had spider webs on them . November 2, 2012

Only problem, one set of elevators for the whole wing of the rooms, very inconvenient. Bring printout of special rates. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Staff - Poor Judgement on Managments Part This hotel has a great staff and very comfortable rooms. However, the noise level with adjoining rooms is very bad. I could here all the conversations going on in the next room as if I was sitting in the room with them. Additionally, be warned that the hotel ATM machines charge $4.00 for taking out cash :-( I think between that and the ridiculous room service rates I felt like I was being nickel and dimed. Too bad because it cheapened the experience. As a result I chose to go to Wild Horse Pass next time. Not a first class experience. October 30, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful location and resort Wild Horse Pass is a relaxing and nice resort. I'd like to return on pleasure and enjoy the golf course and pool. I was there on business for a conference. Only challenge during the stay was cell phone coverage and connectivity with internet in the meeting room. Very limited in both areas which made business difficult. October 29, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful Hotel The hotel is beautiful, the property is wonderful. We stayed to take the kids to Rawhide (which is not part of the Sheraton) however that night it was clased due to a private party. The hotel comp'd us a movie and we went out for a wonderful dinner. I feel that is something that the front desk and SPG needs to beaware of, at least recommend that guest call before making reservations, we would have gone another night. Also charging guest for use of the fitness center Really????? Don't we pay enough for the SPG or the room as it is October 18, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by limited dining options The resort it self was in a beautiful setting. The pool was wonderful and the building beautiful., But there are extremely limited dining and social options for being so far removed from the general area. Especially given the conference facility. It was difficult to find ways to "entertain" clients for more than an evening or so on property. The TVs in the only "bar" area were fuzzy and barely worked for sporting events. And the menu after 9 was basically nonexistent. October 12, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Customer Service lacking Stay October 4-9. Arrived at 11pm, no one at the front door to help with bags. Found a roach in the room. All 3 pools were to cold to use. Response form the front desk was" we turn the heaters on next week" One Hot tub to hot, the other to cold. Told the boat to wild horse starts at noon on sunday. 4 calls and 45min later told by hotel employee they made a mistake. Manager refused to provide dinner for two because of mistake October 12, 2012
