The room was very comfortable, the location was great the veiw outstanding and can't say enough about the pool area and staff. The food was really wonderful. Everything you could need in one place.

In Arizona there is competition. I feel that for a "resort" this should be well above the average hotel. Things like spa / fitness hours, wi-fi, good AC should be excellent, they were below par.

The hotel was clean, the food was good, and the staff was friendly and responsvie. The sleeping room was some distance from the meeting rooms.

We arrived around 11:30pm and there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait several minutes for someone to come. and we were gioven a room that was not clean; the bathroom was very dirty.

Great views of the desert and mountains, great golf courses. Really enjoyed Rawhide, western town had a great dinner!
Your Concierge staff did a great job setting reservations during our stay.

This is my second time staying on this property and each time the experience was fabulous. As an Arizona resident this will be the "Staycation" hotel next summer.

Beautiful resort. Great facilities. Our 3rd stay. Rooms are great and nice views. Enjoy fitness area and the spa. Nice to have quiet pool. Atmosphere is more adult like, which we prefer.

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and we returned because of our first experience being so fantastic. I have to say that I felt like because it was the off season it was not staffed properly. There was a room service tray that sat outside the room across from us for two days. Every morning the pool had lot of dirty towels, beer mugs, glasses and pitchers by them. Even when we used the pool later in the morning it was still filled with dirty dishes and towels from the day before. The other feedback I would like to give is that the seating in the Ko-Sin restaurant is so uncomfortable. The booth seating and chairs are really hard to sit in. I was also surprised there was a charge to use the gym as most resorts of this standard have a gym for their guest to use at no charge. Bed and rooms were comfortable. We did have a nice meal at Kai one evening with our friends which was the highlight of our stay. I wouldn't mind staying again as it is a unique location and being a Sheraton I know that they can make the improvements needed, but I wouldn't recommend to anyone at the current condition.

The cleanliness of the main hallways/common area was less than impressive. Was there for 4 days and the hallways were never vacuumed during the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly. The property, as a whole, seemed well-maintained, but my room was in need of repairs. As much as the room cost I would have thought internet would be included.

This hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was quite responsive to guest requests. The spa facilities were relaxing and staff made us feel pampered and welcome.

The view was beautiful, and the staff was polite and helpful, however I was a little disappointed with the size of the room, and more disappointed with the size of the bathtub.

Our stay was very relaxing.We enjoyed the nature trail and we spent two days enjoying the Aji Spa,the pool area was very tranquil and the cold plunge pool left me born again.

The room was very nice and front desk personnel were helpful. The facility was very nice as well. But I did not find a book in the room telling me what the hotel services were. Strike #1. I was only in the hotel for 2 nights, but did not get my room cleaned on the one full day I was in the hotel. BIG strike #2. Housekeeping did not even knock on the door while I was there during the day to ask to clean the room. So I had no clean bath towels and no clean wash rags the second night. Inexcusable!! And all I got from the front desk when I reported it was "Sorry. Can I send up clean towels?" This was at 11PM at night. I just wanted to leave! At checkout, all I got was "We'll report the discrepancy. Sorry" Strike #3. There is also a $20 a day service fee for a shuttle service, fitness center and internet fee. Don't use the services? You still have to pay..can't get it waived. I tried. Strike #4. I don't visit the Phoenix area very often to visit my children and I thought this would be a nice change from my usual travel hotels, but I would not stay at this hotel again with this kind of service and the extra charges.

Just what we were hoping for! Wanted to experience a vacation in the desert, but not so isolated that there was nothing nearby. This is a really unique location in the middle of the desert . . . but just outside of Phoenix! The resort is absolutely beautiful on the inside with Native American decorations, but from the outside it has simple southwestern architecture and is not ostentatious. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Service was outstanding. We liked that hotel was designed to fit in so naturally with surroundings so really felt we were out in the desert and not near a big city! Very nice spa and fitness center with it's own pool . Pleasant 2 mile hiking trail into desert is good for late afternoon walks. Liked that resort is just a few minutes from I-10, so when we wanted to leave, we could easily get to restaurants and other places around Phoenix. Four days was not enough, would love to go back for more. Had breakfast in the dining room every day . . . we tried some "southwestern flair" breakfast choices on menu that were all delicious. Also had the brunch buffet on Sunday that terrific. Overall very happy with stay!

It would be nice if the restaurants on site offered more healthy choices at a reasonable price. The Aji Spa offers a small menu but offers inferior, even stale, wine.

Clean and neat rooms, pool area was also wonderful. The hotel restaurants are very expensive so we ended up eating out at a near by shopping area off the 10 freeway.

Grounds and facilities were well kept and clean. Food at conference center was sub-par in quality. Staff at the conference center seemed put off by simple requests.
