Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful experience as usual! At Sheraton on the Park I always feel welcome and safe. If I am travelling on my own as I was recently that is important to me. The staff are wonderful and the quality is second to none in all areas. It has become the only place we stay when we are in Sydney because we know the experience will always be fabulous! Rated 3 out of 5 by Below expectation for SPG Platinum The Printme function did not operate in the Sheraton Link soIi could not print my files from my room. I brought the issue to front desk and was told it would be fixed. That evening, still broken, so I commented again. Told it will be fixed in next morning. When I checked out at 4pm it was still not fixed. Staff offered to print my files at 45cents per page even I told them the printme is broken and I am a SPG Platinum. I refused to pay for what should be free given the room price!! October 26, 2012

From breakfast to tea and scones to late night cocktails the service and food is excellent. Check in and out is a breeze theres always a taxi ready to go. October 25, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by "Park View?" Paid extra specifically to get a "park view" room. Hardly. I almost put my neck out trying to catch a glimpse of the trees in the park. Not at all like the photos describe the view to be, as a Starwood preferred guest I am extremely disappointed. October 19, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by A great stay all round From the moment we pulled into the complex from the street we were looked after. The rooms were brilliant and the facilities were great. We were able to walk to most places from the hotel and having such a nice hotel to stay in really did add to the overall experience of our stay. October 11, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel has great location Not received as return guest, just another number! Again request for specfic room not available, understand occasionally. Room cleaning each day after 1pm! Room not properly cleaned, towels not changed and no soap on 1 of the days. On the Sunday we arranged for a 'late' check out for Monday 8th only to have guest services ring us 11:35 Monday asking when we were checking out, clerk said request was not noted! How good is that? Been with Sheraton rewards (we paid USD25/year) since mid 80's and since SPG has replaced the the previous program we have noticed extreme changes to the attitude of check in clerks greetings of return guests especially in the last 10 years. It is all about 'ME", they know it all, they treat you like you do not anything on registering etc in their "greeting" October 11, 2012

The warm welcome and outstanding service and hospatility of Christy, Manoj, Linda and Sylvia at the Executive Club leave you with a warm glow and help you settle in to a haven of peace and tranquility for the evening . The excellent service of Vincent and the the staff at the Feast next morning for breakfast complements this great establishment where it is all abot people and great service. October 8, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable hotel with great fitness center/spa Stayed in a clean and quiet room, air in room felt fresh, and the bed was very comfortable with nice sheets that felt freshly cleaned and pressed. The fitness center, indoor swimming pool and spa is conveniently located at the top floor of the hotel. Also, enjoyed lounging and sunning at the outdoor area that is adjacent to the pool. Rated 4 out of 5 by Beware of the 'city Side' room ! This is a very good hotel in a great spot to get to all the shopping and sights of Sydney. As we've been to Sydney several times we decided not to pay the little bit more for a better view. Having booked the City side room we expected to look out of our window at the city streets. We were therefore disappointed to find that we had a building only a few feet away,with no way of seeing even a glimpse of the sky or the floor- a bit claustrophobic after a few hours. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs improvement The room was satisfactory, however the beer in the minibar had been replaced with water, presumably by a previous guest. The hotel needs to be more careful about that. Returning to the hotel at 11pm with 5 colleagues, we were advised that the only bar in the hotel closed at 11pm. If we wanted a drink, we needed to go to a room & order room service. This was very poor for a major international hotel. September 21, 2012

The check in staff were courteous and efficient and helped with getting me fresh after a 15 hour flight when a room was not available because of early checkin. Beds were great. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms, very elegant. Would stay there again September 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nickel and dime Have stayed i think about 16 times with you last couple of years.Australian hotels have become very expensive and so it is VERY BAD that you charge 1.5% for using a credit card and when you are charged 10% for the same reason by using a taxi it suddenly gives a feeling of being taken advantage off !!! and i now seriously will try not to return to Australia because of this .All hotels should INCLUDE this fee inside the roomrate .
