The Sheraton on the Park is in a great location. Whether its slipping into Castlereagh St to go to the shops, across for a walk through Hyde Park and down to the domain. A great location.

Rooms were good and clean. The room rates are also reasonable given that it is in the middle of the city.
However, the buffet breakfast and dinner is quite expensive and the quality does not justify the prices charged.

We did have some issues during our stay. The garlic free meal I ordered came with whole garlic cloves proudly displayed on the plate and the TV in our room did not work. Both issues were rapidly fixed by courteous and efficient staff, but certainly should not have occurred in the first place.
We were disappointed to learn that the five star restaurant had been closed. Although the all-you-can-eat buffet bistro appeared to be popular it did not have the quiet refinement we had planned for our meal, nor is it what we expected of a five star hotel.

Fantastic Hotel in a fantastic location. Staff could not have been nicer and the facility is definitely 5 star.
Loved the stay here. Right across from the train station and very convenient to train from the airport instead of a hundred dollar taxi ride.

シティビューを予約したが、窓を開けると隣の建物。今回は2回目の宿泊で部屋自体はあまり期待はしていなかったが、これは少し。また、スリッパも無く、驚きました。前回の方がイメージが良かったです。

Out dated compared to other hotels from other chains. I believe there was an extensive renovation of all rooms in this hotel recently but I could not tell especially from someone who has been a regular client for over 10 years now averaging up to 25 visits a year in past.

Stayed on points for 5 nights in a room on the club floor and it was worth all the points and then some. While it appears as though there aren't any park-view rooms on the club floor other than the suites, the room was large, well laid out, and very comfortable to be in. The club lounge was sleek, stylish, had nice views, and was also quite large and well laid out. The food in the club lounge was delicious and the staff were very attentive as well. Upon checkout I was surprised to learn of minibar and room service charges that I had not accrued, but by the time I returned home everything had been sorted out correctly.

THE CHEF SAID NO WE DONT MAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ASK THE MANGER HE GOT ME ONE, I AM STAYING IN THE HOTEL, CHEESE TOAST SANDWICH IS NOT HARD TO MAKE........... AT BREAKAST TIME IN FEAST
