Room Comfort:
1-Need 2 bathrooms at Suites.
2-Need more Comfort Pillows on the bed.
& Fitness Center:
Need more focus at operations to meet high standard like similar 5 stars hotels.

the hotel is located near the media city. It's clean and the entire staff has a great attitude on service.

Booked for 1 night, my choice to be there for the advertized Tao Lounge serving Asian food , the restaurant do not exist and anyhow was closed.
There no way to change currency in the Hotel, television remote was not working i had to unplugged the cable to switch off.
Bathroom with body air on the floor, not mine.
It state that you have minibar it is true but it is also empty. In should be a smoking room, no ashtrays and no matches are there.
Ordered food at main restaurant but plate came not as require.

The hotel was clean and nice, but that is normal .. What impressed me the most was the friendliness the staff has showed .. from the bellman to the manager himself .. They made me and my kids feel that we are VIPs and as if we were the only guests at the hotel although there many others ... I am definitely coming back .. Thank you

The Hotel is very good with good facilities, though the cleaning and buffet were not up to what was expected from a 5 stars hotel.
