Rated 4 out of 5 by Great option Stayed for a wedding - very nice hotel, met all of our needs except the restaurant closes at 10:00pm. Large groups of people congregating from from 3 different weddings were looking for food after 10. Internet is pricey too. Other than that... fantastic. October 10, 2012

From the greeting I received when I walk through the door to the check-in and the wait staff I could not have asked for anything more. Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Stay We were in the area so that my wife could attend my niece's bridal shower. The hotel was very convenient and exceeded our needs. The facilities were very good with a nice breakfast and club lounge feature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. October 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Attentive to detail Well-staffed front desk, clean environment, very comfortable beds, and made an effort to have "quiet hours" after 10 pm, which we appreciated. Our only concern was that the shower floor material was slippery when wet. Suggest adding treads. June 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Terrific hotel! I found my stay here relaxed, taken care of and the staff was so impressive. Amazing customer service. My only comment is the breakfast was extremely slow in the morning when it is advertised as 15 minutes and my sausages came out raw. December 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice but small. Hotel staff and housekeeping are very friendly. It is in a good location away from the hustle of NYC. But close enough to visit or see a show every day. Restaurant is too small and there is never enough help. Food is not the greatest.! January 2, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by why pay for wifi? a $10 charge for wireless is absurd. the tv remote was nonfunctional. and some idiot knocked on my door and jiggled the knob at 1 am despite (or because) of a do-not-disturb sign. the building did not appear to have stairs. November 14, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by One out of two elevators out of order Two many kids having parties/gatherings without being supervised. Running and screaming in the halls. Between the elevator not working and tons of kids using the hallway as another room I would rethink about coming back March 4, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent in every way Beautiful property and location. Best fitness center I've found...a wide choice in equipment including kettle weights. Had a great lunch and a drink outside on the patio that evening. Room was very comfortable as well. August 26, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by A modern and comfortable hotel We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom were well designed and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large shower, and good room ventilation. The only downside was a too soft mattress. November 11, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mostly good I was pleasantly surprised with just how wonderful the staff was! Extra accomodating in every aspect, but I think it's because they know the hotel falls short on a few things...The club level is not at all like other sheratons. It does not have a separate enclosed space with beverages and snacks available all day, instead it is a sitting area in front of the elevator where the doors open. Hardly cozy! In additon, there is not a single ammenity within the space, no snacks or beverages or even water! What a waste of extra money for the club level. Instead, this hotel says you go to the bar area from 3-5 and order an appetizer from the bar and get a bottle of water from the "market" behind the check in desk. This is HARDLY accomodating, since with three little kids I chose the club floor so we didn't have to go up and down the elevator every time we wanted a drink. Also, I wanted a closed area for the kids to play, not by the elevators! This is not nearly as safe or convenient. But the staff is aware of this poor design and will make every effort to offer to help with drinks, snacks, etc. August 15, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Spacious Suite! We had a delightful time! The accommodations were wonderful. We enjoyed our martini's before dinner and the Osso Bucco Chicken Wings were incredible. Overall, it was a great time for both of us. January 28, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Inconsistent Service My family and I made a last minute reservation at this hotel on Dec. 26, 2012 due to a snow storm and very bad traffic in the area. I think many other guests did the same and the hotel and some of its staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the volume. My biggest concern was with the restaurant service. My family and I were ignored (as were many others after us) while waiting to be seated. None of the waitstaff or the bartender even acknowledged our presence. We were eventually seated by a member of the front desk staff who was instructed by the hotel manager to help us. After being seated the bartender came over quickly to tell us we couldn't sit there because the table had been reserved. After I spoke with the hotel manager the bartender (again with the help of the front desk staff) was able to find and clear another table (the restaurant was not even half full) for the party with the "reservation". Service was slow from there on but the food was very good, albeit a bit overpriced in my opinion. Unfortunately the restaurant service overshadowed what should have been a nice stay. January 8, 2013
