Bei dem Sheraton Offenbach handelt es sich um ein sehr gutes Business Hotel mit direktem Anschluss an Frankfurt (S-Bahn vor der Tür etc.) mit einem optimalen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, insbesondere auch im Vergleich zu den oftmals sehr unpersöhnlichen Hotels in Frankfurt.
Die Tagungsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut, es wird auf sämtliche Individualanforderungen umgehend und zuvorkommend eingegangen
Das Hotel zeichnet sich darüber hinaus durch ein sehr gutes und stets motiviertes Personal aus.
Zu guter letzt verfügt das Hotel über ein sehr gutes Restaurant, welches allerdings auch seinen Preis hat.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm, aber doch leider sehr unpersönlich. Das Personal ist freundlich distanziert und ohne ein Lächeln (gilt für die Rezeption, den Service und das Zimmerpersonal). Die Idee "Zu Gast in der eigenen Stadt" zu sein, hat uns allerdings sehr gefallen.

Am meisten beindruckt mich jedes Mal das stets freundliche, kompetente und zuvorkommende Personal. Zimmer sind zwar nicht sonderlich modern aber zweckmäßig und sauber eingerichtet. Das Frühstück kann man dank der Größe der Räumlichkeiten angenehm zu sich nehmen. Darüber hinaus direkte S-Bahn Anbindung an Frankfurt und ein gutes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis. Meine "Erste Wahl" im Rhein Main Gebiet.

The staff has always been very efficient and professional with me. The location is near a train station which is nice, but Offenbach is quite a ways from Frankfurt. Breakfast at hotel is pretty good considering most European hotels.
The workout facility is not good.
I'd recommend this hotel based on price, staff, and cleanliness.

Nothing would distinguish this hotel positively or negatively. it could be anywhere in the world. I really prefer properties that give you a sense of where you happen to be,
The location is great - in the center of town, seconds from the S-Bahn and easily reached on public transport from the airport.
The rooms are Germanic spartan and a bit outdated with old-fashioned TVs and no wifi. No Sheraton Sleeper bed here...and a half-duvet!

Ich mach es kurz: 1)keine Anerkennung des Platinum Status 2)kein Zimmerupgrade 3)kein Ausgleich für fehlende Clublounge 4)um meinen ersten Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis zu machen erhielt ich ein Lutschbonbon

This was our second stay here and it was as disappointing as the first time around. The rooms are looking their age as is the lobby. As the previous time, there was no platinum recognition or upgrade despite the hotel not being full - I even had to ask about the platinum amenity options. There are better Starwood properties in the vicinity!
