The club manager "Miss Pranee" was very friendly and carefully make us a pleasure experience in Sheraton Krabi. We had a lovely holiday!!!

I would have to say that Sheraton Krabi is an amazing hotel with such a breath-taking scenery. Rooms were cozy and had a functional design, restaurant outlets were situated perfectly facing the best view of the sea, the pool is just beautiful and the whole vibe of the place was relaxing. It was a perfect getaway for a romantic trip. However, what made it even more amazing than the obvious physical aspect, was the thoughtfulness of the staff. They were all very accommodating and had such warmth in their smile - oh i wish i remember all their names! Would have been 100% perfect if not for the last encounter which was upon check-out. We felt that the staff who did our check-out process was kind of condescending and did not really try to be accommodating. Luckily, the caddy driver by the front entrance made me smile again. As mentioned, it is the little things and as I know the check-out is of the one of the crucial parts of the whole service cycle as you would not want to leave your guests unhappy. I hope the staff would come to read this and in anyway learn from it. But other than that, it was fantastic! Thank you Sheraton Krabi, you were awesome!

We had a lot of issues with the food. Very overpriced and the rooms are really pain. The service wasn't great. Beautiful beach and pool.

This is not the first time I visit this hotel when I travel to Krabi. However, this time many things seem not to reach my expectations.
To describe in detail;
- We can't upgrade room this time (which is acceptable due to busy period)
- Late bag delivery. We reached the room for more than 15 mins then there was a call to ask which bags we looked like?
- Broken bathroom slide door. We didn't even know it was broken until there was a staff open our room "without knocking". I'm still wondering how can you guys provide us a broken room. We decided not to fix that door cause we already take off our stuffs from our bags.
- Later on, when we checked room facilities, there was not enough drinking water. And there was just "one bathrobe". We got to call operator to ask for those stuffs.
- After first dinner, surprisingly that our room was NOT turned-down!
- Moreover, we experienced an "Unprofessional service" from Malati restaurant; no napkin, we got to request for that. No menus for us - we asked them for menus for "3 times". Above than that, very late food happened here as well.
However, service from Sheraton club staff goes beyond expectations. Good service though.

i was a platinum SPG member when i stayed here. i was upgraded to the best available room, a suite, and offered a complimentary breakfast, although i redeemed starpoints for the stay. it was very nice of the hotel to give a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had so much variety. the suite was amazing. it had a dining area, a living area, two bathrooms, a bedroom, an attached balcony (sea view) and a private bathing area. the room was very well decorated and everything was tastefully placed. the resort was quite big and had two private beaches. there was so much to do at the resort: cycling, working out, kayaking, swimming and relaxing at spa to name a few. i swam, strolled on the beach (enjoying every bit of it) and also kayaked near the beach for a while. the resort arranges tours to phi phi don island for a reasonable price. unfortunately, the rains did not allow me to avail this. the only drawback that i can think of is that it is very far from both the town and the airport. but this is also a compliment in itself, as you're away from the hustle and bustle and can enjoy a nice relaxed stay in the resort. i definitely recommend this to my friends.
