The lounge had no staff on hand. At the evening aperitif the choice was minimal, there were no drinks available and no staff, after I called I waited 15 mins and no one turned up. It was a disappointment or what was meant to be a treat. In addition the in room wifi was slow and kept dropping out. When I complained I was offered no compensation (I paid extra for the club and wifi) and was told stuff were on a meal break in my response to the club lounge being unattended during evening aperitif time. Not 5 star standard. I cut my stay short and left after one night.

This was my third stay at the Sheraton Tirana. I will stay here again-they are my family! I arrived on my Birthday and was pleasantly surprised by Staff with a wonderful cake along with ware for my colleagues. I believe this is the best for dignitaries as well as you, the businessman or vacationer! Great staff with a secure environment, breakfast, pool and spa. Great location and not far from the block.

for business trip that is good choose, but wifi only can use in lobby, we cannot use in room. hope it can improve in future. breakfast was good. many choice.

It was great place to stay and enjoyed all facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.

Check-in took a long time, and rooms are noisy (i.e. noise from adjacent rooms is very audible).

It was a very pleasant stay.
Cleanliness, the position of the hotel, the breakfast, the staff - all excellent.
I think, however, that is unacceptable an Hotel of that class to charge fees for using the Internet in the room !!!
They are points in the city (in evey city) were access to wifi is free - for every one ! And Sheraton charges its Clients !

Room clean and decor tasteful . Staff attentive, helpful and friendly.
Peaceful location away from the hubub of Tirana, yet sights and shops all within walking distance.
Security on the money, ever present but not overly conspicuous.
