I paid 435eu for one night and during check in nobody told me breakfast was included or internet in the room included or not. not happy at all about it.

First, the good. The staff was kind, cheerful and attentive from the check-in, to the drink at a bar, to the service of dinner. Upon check in they took the time to locate my Starwood number which I did not have with me. The check-out was quick and professional and the location next to the Airport made my 7:20 AM departure to Heathrow less of a problem.
The needs improvement. The bed felt like it had someone else's dirt, sand or something on the sheets. This problem was compounded by a comforter designed for Antarctica. I sweated so profusely under it that when I woke up in the middle of the night I had to relocate because my side of the bed was sweat-soaked.
If I have an early morning departure I might consider using it again, but Sheraton needs to aim higher than just taking advantage of its location. The one bright spot is their staff. They were first rate so this situation is capable of being salvaged.

Well appointed room with nice workspace and very comfortable bed. It would be nice to offer more selection and still water in the minibar. It would also be nice to have a few more guest room amenities like ear swabs, etc. Lastly, an included continental breakfast would have been nice as well. Overall the location was convenient when connecting through Germany and the room was clean and well laid out.

While the hotel is clean and reasonably comfortable, it is dated and needs refurbishing. The room layout is confining - too many doors and walls in ackward places.

Even taking into account that this is an airport hotel, so already it's not a location you want to stay in, but have to; I really would have expected more from Sheraton. As a purpose built hotel, I would have expected a full length mirror, a bath that fits adult humans and the charges for internet access and breakfast were too high. The staff however were good and very professional.

You can't expect an airport hotel to be as good as a downtown one, no doubts about that, but Sheraton Dusseldorf Airport leaves quite a bit to be desired. It's very conveniently situated for airport transits and isn't far away from the city centre either, but it's somewhat confusingly located when you enter the airport terminal itself, and the signs/directions could be clearer and more visible. The common rooms are spacious, but the guest rooms are quite the opposite - it's the single most cramped Sheraton I've ever stayed in. Yes, it has all the 4* facilities (for example, an excellent buffet breakfast) and there's nothing to really complain about, but it manages to live up to Sheraton standards just barely, without a single added extra, which doesn't justify the 100€+ range of the rooms. Some of the chain's own properties, even airport ones, go the extra mile, so it's difficult to pardon this fact. To sum up, it's a decent choice for transit passengers in dire need of a rest, but for all other purposes, even loyal SPG members should look elsewhere, as there are more convenient options in the city itself at a better value.

I appreciate the professionalism of your staff - they go out of their way to be responsive, courteous and friendly. These behaviors are rare today at international hotels! I was a bit disappointed though with the price of breakfast (25 E seems very high for a buffet) and when I requested a late check out I was told it would cost 10 Euro per hour after 12:00. I was only hoping for 1 or 2 hour leeway. Seems unreasonable way to treat a SPG guest.
