Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel for a family function We held my sons pre-wedding celebration in the Level 23 Restaurant. The organisation which was all done via email from Aust was excellent, extremely efficient and flexible. The room looked fantastic and we given exclusive use of the restaurant with balcony. Food was outstanding and service very good. A perfect night was had by all 40+ guests. Topped off by great cocktails at Level 23 Wine Bar. THANKYOU February 8, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service! Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff was responsive and attentive. Surprised me with a cake on my birthday, did not see that coming. Had the dimsum buffet at Li Bai, food was excellent as well. Can't wait for my next visit again! Surrounding has decent cafes and boutiques. Ben thanh market is also of walking distance away from the hotel. February 7, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than any other Sheraton I've stayed The staffs are very professional. Room is new and clean, The buffet is fantastic. Even though the price is comparable to the US, but I think it's a little too high for Vietnam, Over all, it is a fantastic hotel. December 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel has great features Excellent and attentive saff. Great accommodations and workout facilities. Superb airport pick-up and drop off service via hotel limousine. Always prefer to stay at this Sheraton hotel. They also helped me purchase a plane ticket from HCM to Hanoi and booked my stay at the Hanoi Sheraton including airport pick-up! November 20, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful River view Room I stayed at Grand Tower Studio with river view and view-bath. Room space had 55 square meter and it was enough for me. I got relaxed very much while taking bath. Grand Tower Club lounge at the 5th floor had many kinds of foods morning and evening and beverage including sparkling wine evening. I enjoyed them. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great experience slightly ruined by housekeeping procedures This hotel has generally been awesome but the entire experience was somehow marred by housekeeping disrupting our afternoon nap with a phone call after taking a very long walking tour since all morning and half the afternoon. I understand that the hotel has housekeeping procedures but we clearly had our "Do Not Disturb" sign on and had already told housekeeping outside our room that we did not require any service on that day. All the phone call did was disrupt our nap and hence our plans to get rested enough before heading out in the evening. All that Guest Services could do was apologize which does little to compensate for our best laid plans getting shot. The housekeeping staff on the floor have been great and so has the front desk staff as well as the club lounge staff. Shame about this. October 31, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Room no ready upon arrival I stay at this hotel regularly. As we are under a corporate rate, they do not give starwood points, which I find difficult as they do in the US. Never starwood recognition, even though a gold. Room not ready upon arrival, had to wait 30 minutes till a room was ready. October 9, 2014

I was really really tired to my work and busy. last night I was lost my cop orate card somewhere in hotel. I ask to hotel to lost & find team. they tried to find my card and finally found it. I was surprised. I'm still thanks to all of staff. and also, all kind of staff have a lot of information for city trip and restaurant and massage shop. September 6, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing hotel in Ho Chi Minh Vietnam Great hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, my room was ready and the staff did the check-in process in just a few minutes. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed and the manager and staff were both helpful and professional. In one of the nights, I had a swim at the pool with some friends and although we did not buy any drinks yet, the staff were helpful I must say it was a nice gesture and I am impressed. Rated 4 out of 5 by No Special SPG Treatment and WAY TOO EXPENSIVE Upon arrival at the SPG counter for check in the system did not recognize that I was Gold, and the staff member insisted upon me being just preferred, and thus no Gold gift. Also breakfast is was too expensive at US$27/person. Decent location, and staff had some good dining recommendations. Overall, I would have expected more from a Sheraton at this price point. Rated 5 out of 5 by Good and Responsive Staff Services The hotel is in a convenient and nice location with plenty of things to explore around and also in terms of food. Most importantly the stay is pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable with the prompt, warm and responsive service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone from the bell boy, security, front desk, cleaner, cafe staff and the lounge staff. The front desk given me a very warm welcome and detail explanation of the benefits I get. The lounge staff recommend me good choice for dinner and even make a reservation for me. My second stay here and it always impressed me with the top cleanness and conditions of the room and bathrooms. The Pho Ga and the black/white sesame bread at the Cafe Breakfast was delicious and excellent. August 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good service at the Grand Cafe I left an Apple charge cable in the room. I hope it can be retrieved and I can pick it up at my next visit. Also, the suite should have a DVD Player as a standard equipment. July 28, 2014
