Lage: Auch im dicksten Stau innerhalb von 30 min vom airport erreichbar.
Sehr guter Limo-Service mit 7-er BMW (Hotel).
Zimmer: Gewohnter (=hoher) Sheraton-Asien Standard. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Sehr gutes Bad. Zimmergröße sehr gut mit guter Internetanbietung (Up/Download: 5 bzw. 4 MBPS, guter Ping für Skype/Facetime inkl. HD-Video nach USA)

the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, could not ask for anything more, the staff could not do enough for us ,nothing was to much trouble if we ask for help finding our way around it was given with a smile , the food was outstanding

Hi, this is my 4th visit to HCMC and I continue to prefer this hotel. The most salient aspect is : Hotel is very receptive to customer feedback and takes it seriously. I personally experienced same.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, well appointed room, strategically located, and the hotel beach staff was very eager to help.

在21楼办理check in ，第一天在办理过程中没有欢迎饮品，完成手续后，服务员才恍然想起...
在两天后从芽庄返回酒店，同样21楼check in时，之前同伴通过旅行代理商入住过 Grand tower那边，得到与第一次一样的待遇与答案：需要$75美元的upgrade，对于一家官网售价超过$200的越南酒店（同伴之前使用代理商花费越南盾220万，就可以入住suit room）有些费解...

位于胡志明市中心。步行可以到达所有市内的重要景点，周边顶级奢侈品店林立，位置绝佳。推荐住宿在该酒店的行政楼，单独的办理入住区域，安静舒适而且有饮品招待，入住的客人还可以换到心仪的住宿小礼品，非常开心。住宿行政楼的客人可以有免费的下午茶和免费的HAPPY HOUR ，不仅有免费酒精饮料提供甚至有各种美味简餐。住了这里根本不需要出门吃饭住宿统统解决。入住时房间从标准房被升级到套房，房间设备新而且服务人员超贴心，每天会打扫好几次，不停补充用掉的免费瓶装水和沐浴用品。我的房间甚至有个环形沙发的外飘窗。外面无论晴天还是下雨都有很美的城市景色以及静静流过的河水。难得的优质酒店。绝对值得推荐。
