Rated 5 out of 5 by MinhAtlanta My recent stay at Sheraton Saigon hotel & towers
Been staying at different hotels 300 days/year and this hotel has always been on the top of my list. From well trained professional staff with unparallelled service that really is a great comfort for my stay away from home. I've tried other first class hotels in Saigon and NONE can compare to this

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tuoc An Excellent Stay Every Time
I have stayed at many of the hotels in this city, but always come back to the Sheraton (over 20 times) because of the wonderful staff! I want to especially thank Thai (concierge/bellboy/doorman) for always treating me with such kindness and helping me with my overflowing bags and questions! No matter how much time passes between my visits, he always greets by my name and is one of the huge reasons I still choose Sheraton over some of the newer hotels in the area! Nhung in the Business Lounge is also fantastic and helps me with reservations and suggestions to the best restaurants and nightlife!
This hotel is right in the center of everything and very walkable to main attractions. There are tons of restaurants and a convenience store right across the street and around the corner. You can walk pretty much everywhere or hail a cab easily. The hotel is great at recognizing Platinum status for room upgrades and welcome fruit basket in the room. Breakfast is always excellent and has a huge spread of both traditional Vietnamese and Western food. Rooms are more colonial style vs. modern, but very large compared to many nearby hotels. Check out the rooftop for great views of the city, especially at night over cocktails. You will love your stay at the Sheraton Saigon!

Rated 4 out of 5 by JNA1 A centrally located hotel with a good restaurant
This is a large property that looms over Dong Khoi.
The hotel is comprised of two main buildings. It looks as if the cash has been splashed on the grand tower. Nonetheless, I stayed in the main block and found the sleeping accommodation fine. Although not as stylish as the tower next door, the room was generously proportioned with ample storage and luggage space, something too-often excised in modern hotels these days.
You will find a wide choice of food for breakfast. In the evening the top floor restaurant served good seafood dishes, thanks to Michelin-starred kitchen personnel.
Executive lounge and front desk staff were charming and helpful throughout the stay. The executive lounge suite also includes some useful little meeting rooms, look for them tucked away upstairs.
Tip 1: The views across the city at night are worth seeing from the terrace running alongside the restaurant
Tip 2: Seeking a choice of international beer and simple food? Try the Bier Garden, 125 Dong Khoi.

The best feature of this hotel for my stay was the club lounge. The lounge had great food options for evening cocktails and a several selections of good wines. This hotel has a restrictive policy on guests.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jep24 Flexible and Friendly
I had some last minute travel changes and the hotel was able to accommodate them without a problem. The staff was friendly and helped with suggestions for sightseeing and transportation.
The hotel is about 25 minutes from Noi Bai airport and 10 minutes from local attractions by taxi. Taxi rates are very reasonable.
The breakfast buffet in the first floor restaurant meets all expectations. The club lounge also offers a cooked to order breakfast and evening cocktails and appetizers. The lounge is spacious so it does not get overcrowded at peak times.
Upon check in I was informed I had been upgraded to a suite. The room, 1702, while large was not a suite or even a junior suite IMO.

I spent more than 150 days a year in Ho Chi Minh city. Thís Sheraton hotel is not only one of the very best hotel in term of services, but the hotel staffs lso provide a " home away from home" atmosphere for me. I was there 10 days ago, will be back next week .
