Great value, modern and updated hotel, nice platinum room upgrade, wonderful breakfast area, free selfparking for platinums, very attentive and responsive front desk manager (Gonçalo Ramos ).
Room facing the back was noisy due to traffic, room facing the front had a dog close by who barked all day. Charging platinum guests 10 EUR (each) for using the indoor pool is cheap and annoying. Hotel is a long walk from the main sites.

I spent a lovely weekend in Porto and the Sheraton Porto staff went out of their way (beyond my expectation) to ensure my birthday weekend was perfect - from checkin to checkout!
I booked my visit with points and a one night rate with included a dining allowance at either of the hotels wonderful F & B outlets. My only disappointment (and it was my mistake) I dined at the restaurant not on the night the rate was booked, so I was unable to use the dining allowance.

Wi-Fi debería ser gratuito en todo el hotel, incluidas las habitaciones. Es un hotel muy recomendable tanto para negocios como para turismo por sus prestaciones, ubicación y coste, sin embargo, hoy en día la mayor parte de hoteles - incluso de categoría inferior - disponen de wi-fi gratuíto como un servicio más del hotel.

Had a perfect 3 nights stay. Nice hotel, modern and stylish. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

This property has a number of issues: first of all whilst it claims to be near to the centre, it is a good 20-25 minute walk to parts of town with activity.
Second, there was a horrible smell in the room, as if something had been left moulding for a couple of days. The carpets in the hallway looked used and not cleaned for some time.
Platinum guests beware, this property does not follow guidelines for health club usage and will claim the SPA is owned by another company and will try to charge you 10€ per day despite this being a published SPG benefit.
The breakfast spread is however very good and the executive lounge acceptable, despite lacking some choices in alcohol.

Stayed here for 4 nights. One of the best breakfasts I have had in any hotel. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our visit such an enjoyable one. Hotel is located in business area of the city but taxis are plentiful and very reasonably priced.
