I'd would say this hotel is an average hotel in a small village. We arrived by car, had no problems to find hotel with the help of in-car navigation system. Possible to park car within hotel's parking lot or on the street, it's up to you.
Our room was on the SPG floor, a bit far from the elevator. Room was clean and simple but with a stylish german look, which gave a cozy feeling. We were afraid of the noise caused by the planes, but room was well soundproofed, heared only a few planes which were very very close.
Check in was ok, but surprised that internet was not free in the room, however if you book on spg.com it should be free.
Had the option to choose it as my welcome bonus, but I prefer points so I chose points.
Late night had difficulties to log on the internet with my laptop in the lobby, tried several times in at least 30-40 minutes, but could not connect. After tried again as my last try, and guess what, succeeded.
Maybe a lot of guests was hanging on and made connection busy....
The pool is great, heated, great water temperature, my little daughter really enjoyed it.
The pool area and especially the sauna area need urgent modernization, improvement.
As I saw, there is a shuttle bus to the airport for a fee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Torry Nice hotel at a nice price
I was expecting a standard hotel at the airport but got much more. The rooms are large and meticulously clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. As a bonus, there's a very good Italian restaurant just down the road about 300 meters. We were very pleasantly surprised.

First off, stayed here 3x last feb 2015 and got upgraded to their Jr. Suite each time. As a Plat100 guest, also got fruit basket and a welcome note from the GM.
But oh ehm gee! The front desk men are sooo handsome! Will come back without a doubt whenever on layover in MUC just to watch some eye candy!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by KNSSAV Comfortable & relaxing stay at this hotel
I and my wife stayed at this hotel for a day from early morning of 25 March to noon of 26 March this year. Our check-in was early, smooth and quick.
The room where we stayed was non-smoking type, very clean, neat and tidy in layout, with sparkling linen and comfortable beds. A minibar and cofee-tea making kit wrere also provided in the room
The attached bathroom too was very clean and had a shower but no bath tub.
We had a comfortable and relaxing sleep in a quiet atmosphere.
We found the staff at the hotel quite courteous, cooperative and helpful in fulfilling our needs.
However, it would have been all the more helpful if the hotel had a wheel chair which would have facilitated movement of my wife (who has mobility limitation), particularly from the entrance to our room. We urge the hotel to keep 1 - 2 wheel chairs which would be vey useful for guests who have mobility problems.

The hotel room looked nice, but a trap lurked. Once we went to bed a motor would start running quite loudly in the ceiling in front of the door. One we were awake it would stop. Then it repeated. After a while gave up on sleep, couldn't surf web because Internet was unusably slow all morning. Front desk crew didn't really care very much when informed.
Combined with 24euro for breakfast this hotel is not a good place at all.

The hotel is convenient to the Munich airport. and is a wonderful Starwood property. The staff was very attentive,and the meals were great.

The overall facility of this Hotel isn't really up-to-date. It has no Club Lounge, the bathroom and shower in the room is very old. The morning breakfast isn't really organized and all time present. Of course, this was my experience and maybe I had a bad week. Stayed for 4 days in this Hotel.

As a very loyal SPG Platinum member, I am very sorry to say, that this stay / hotel failed to live up to the standard of the Sheraton brand. Small, poorly appointed rooms, old, tired looking facilities and a lack of recognition as a SPG member.
This facility really, REALLY needs to improve.
