We had a Club room. The lounge for Club rooms was very good. Friendly staff, quiet and relaxing and good food and drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect. The reception staff were very welcoming and service minded. Getting a rose after eating dinner in the restaurand was surprisingly.

Although the location is a bit away from the action, this Sheraton is an absolute gem when it comes to service and comfort. All the staff go out of the way to make sure all your needs are met. The atrium is comfortable and inviting. The room was spotless and everything worked perfectly. They even have free rentals on bicycles... highly recommend

We have just spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. it is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, approx. a 15 minute gentle stroll. The staff are all very friendly and courteous and can't do enough to make you feel welcomed. We would definitely use this hotel again when we return to Krakow.

Cant really fault this hotel in any shape or form. From check-in to check-out we found the hotel facilities, rooms & staff faultless. We stayed over the weekend in one of the hotels Club rooms which had fantastic views overlooking the Castle & River Wisla with a short walk into the towns historic centre. We had arranged to be picked up from our flight by one of the hotels cars and taken direct to the Auchwitz/Birkenau Memorial and were pleasantly surprised when the driver accompanied us to the entrance where he dealt with the entrance procedure and guided us to our tour starting point. Our room in the hotel was very comfortabe and had the most fantasticly massive bed..... we were also very pleased to find chocolate & fruit left for our arrival. The excellent buffet breakfast as well as access to the Club lounge with a free bar and evening appetisers was another plus point. Altogether an excellent hotel, well managed with staff the organisation should be very proud off!
