My friend and I came into town just for the night. We checked in at 3pm and came up to the room. I noticed disgusting stains on the comforter, stains on the carpet, and remote to tv did not work. I took a picture of the stains on the comforter down to the front desk. All she offered me was to change the linens.. did I mention these stains were disgusting. She also offered to replace batteries in the remote. When we returned to the room the linens had been changed but the remote still did not work. I then had to make a call down to front desk to have maintenance bring up batteries. I was very disappointed in this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. For all the trouble we went through I was shocked we were not offered money off our stay or drink vouchers. Very disappointed!

Overall the hotel was fine however there are some things that need attention.
1. Room 525 backs up to the eating area for the Club Floor. This means every time they set up for breakfast or the evening reception you hear EVERYTHING they are doing and saying. The banging of chaffing containers, service pieces, etc. started around 6:10 AM in addition to all the chatter being conducted as housekeeping started their day.
2. Walls and doors allow you to hear all the noise outside your room.
3. Housekeeping did not clean my room each day. I was there 3 nights and only had housekeeping once.
4. Would appreciate having more than 2 towels in the hotel room. This would have helped with issue #3.
5. Overall the sleeping rooms could be cleaner, specifically the furniture and the bathrooms.

I recd 2 confirmations and still was told there were no rooms available. I finally was able to stay in the parlor on a roll away bed. It was not as comfortable as a bed, but I'm sure it was better than the lumpy sofa. The buffet ran out of food both mornings. I heard there was only one person cooking. The staff was very pleasant. But I couldn't believe the hotel sold more rooms than were available. I talked to numerous people at the convention who had the same problem. Good thing china painters are friendly because there was never enough tables at breakfast and we shared tables with strangers. For such a big name hotel, it was very disappointing. I was comped 2 nights stay, fortunately. I'm not sure I would ever trust a confirmation from a Sheraton again. The convention center was wonderful.

The room that I stayed in was not clean nor cleaned properly, Bed comforter had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. Fresh hand towels were not given for second night's stay. Hotel staff was courteous, but not attempting to make the stay above average. Location was very convenient for the Reed Conference Center, but I don't believe I will stay at this hotel again. Those in my group who chose the nearby hotels had a much better experience at the same rate that I paid for this visit.

Mine, and several fellow workers rooms were not cleaned one day. The front desk staff assured that they would be cleaned while we waited, yet they were not. I informed the front desk that I would be checking out the next day and I was informed that the room receipt would be left under the door. It was not, and the front desk was not informed of my departure. Guests in the club level loung and the downstairs restaurant should be required to wear shoes, and it should be enforced by the staff.

Configuration of bathroom not good. Too small. Doorway is angled instead of squared which unnecessarily reduced usable square footage and placed doorway much too close to the commode. Location of t-paper holder too close to commode.

The first night there I had Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatos, gravy, and corn on the cob. the corn was literally ice cold, the gravy was almost green with the amount of either parsley or garlic put in it, making it very bitter, as were the mashed potatos. the bread pudding for dessert was delicious. The breakfast buffet was ok except for the scrambled eggs that had what looked like the same green herb in excess, making them bitter. the other aspects of the hotel were very good though.

I enjoyed my stay there, it's the 2nd time being there , but what I witnessed/experienced was that most of the front desk females aren't friendly or helpful. I checked in late Sunday night by a male who was friendly and went out of his way to assist me. Throughout my stay I would have Q's and very few answers and get addressed in a rude tone, One time 2 girls carried on their conversation while I stood there and waited, maybe if I were white male that wouldn't have happened?

We were told we could check in by 3 p.m. but when we arrived at 5:30 p.m. were told our room wasn't ready! They mumbled and stumbled around for 20 minutes or so before finally allowing us to go to the room which was completely nasty. The bed linen was all wrinkled and looking as if it had been slept on, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and sticky and the tub/shower looked as if it had only, maybe, been wiped down; it certainly had not been cleaned. To top it all off, the room had no closet, only a very small amoire which was so short I couldn't hang my clothes in it and there was no place for the in-room ironing board. It was stacked between the amoire and the built-in desk. Our door wouldn't close automatically and we had to remember to tug it the rest of the way closed when we entered and left. All in all, this place was an absolute wreck.

For the price i would think that breakfast should be included. I did the option of not having my room cleaned and get coupon to use at participating food places. i asked for this when i checked and and I found out that it was only good at the restaurant in the hotel and expired the day you check out. so much for that "deal." There is a vent in the shower stall. It was gross. Full of mold and mold around the edge. A definate health hazard. No fridge or microwave in the room. either.

We were thrilled that we were able to stay here on the sold out final night of the NBA playoffs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, however, our room was tired and worn looking. The floor in the bathroom was really dirty and the towels were frayed. The restaurant was nice, but the staff seemed a bit overworked and undertrained (the bartender didn't know how to make the drink specials on the menu). The breakfast buffet is nice and the covered parking was a plus.

When we arrived, my friend and I immediately asked to have the charges split between her room and mine. Other hotels have done this with no problem. When we checked out, the clerk said it looked like the entire stay was still charged to my card. So he swiped hers and had to do it twice. The entire stay ended up on her credit card. Calls to the hotel have not resolved the issue as yet. Because we need the receipts properly charged and listed for taxes, this is unacceptable.

Hello, I recently stayed at the Sheraton Midwest City. I would like to start with the positive and that is excellent front desk and room service. The food was great. Now the negative and that is the dirty bathroom. The grout in the tiles was full of dirt, there was dirt all along the baseboard, the handle to the bathroom door was loose and the bathroom french door was dusty and dirty. The corners of the floor in the bathroom were also dirty. It was a gross environment.

Was there for a conference the rooms where dirty. Very loud could hear everything going on in the hall. Food is awful and there is nothing really in walking distance to go eat at. I was stuck paying there high price for crappy food. The hotel website gives you estimated prices for transportation to and from the airport. They said 29.00 for airport express this is correct. It says a taxi is 26.00 it also says that may not be exact. Well its not it was 44.00 for a taxi.

I had a meeting at the Reed Center, so it was very helpful in staying at the hotel. when I checked in the front desk was very friendly & helpful. they had gave my room away but upgraded me to Club Level which was awesome! Very disappointed in the room ~old & outdated. The tub was dirty & the fridge had hair in it & was gross! Made me question the rest of the room on cleanliness. The host in the club lounge was great & it was a lot of fun! I enjoyed that part!

GREAT ROOMS, carpet needs cleaning, wonderful workers and very helpful. food was great and reasonable. Price was a great to my pocket. The conference center was huge and wonderful for all our needs. the beds were so comfortable.

My visit was overall good. I would return again for a visit. The only things that I could see that needed improvement was the rooms could have been vacuumed better, bathrooms was very clean. In the breakfast area it would be more efficient if the silver ware and napkins was where people could pick up their own rather than wait for them to be brought to your table. I think this would speed up people getting in and out when there are a large number of people.

The first time we went down to the jacuzzi it was closed for maintenance. The next day it was open. We were disappointed that we had water slapping us in the face and shooting over our heads while we sat in the jacuzzi, because the jets were not positioned correctly. However, there were no heads on them for us to adjust them. Also, there were no towels available either time!
The issue I had with the room was the see through thin toilet paper. Expected more!

The pool was very gross. The water was green and the bottom was very slimy! We had to wait 40 minutes for our dinner in the restaurant which was then all very over cooked! Even the veggies were just mush. The breakfast was ok and very convenient. The rooms were ok but the shower curtain was yellowed and mildewed and the sheets were yellowed. This hotel was close to our event so it was convenient but otherwise I don't think I would stay here again!

Hotel is in an excellent location...close to freeway with access to AFB and downtown OKC. Overall, it was a good stay. My only issue 1)the bathtub would not drain so I found myself in ankle deep water while showering and 2)the wall hook was loose and I told the front desk to fix it as I was leaving for a conference that morning; it did not get fixed. Besides from those two little issues, I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit OKC.

Very disappointed with the club floor, wasn't told anything about not having a refrigerator or microwave in room. I ask the front desk about the situation and was told that those two item's had to be requested, I have never heard anything like this. I figured if I was spending $200 a night on a room it would come with a refrigerator and microwave. The robes was very hard and the shower smelled like someone urinated on the shower curtain.

The last day of my stay was Sunday and to my amazement the cleaning people banged loudly on my door at 9:30 a.m. in the morning, saying are you checking out. I said no thank you through the door and they still were coming in. I was not out of bed and had to jump to my feet and hold door shut and say no. Then after they left my door you could hear them in my room banging on the other doors down the hall for house cleaning .Mine you it wa 9:30am

Bathroom:- The caulking around the bath was black with mold. The vanity had a huge crack right down the middle and was dirty The faucet in the bath was continually running. We reported this but nothing was done.. We found socks on the bedroom floor, obviously from the previous guest. The bed comforter was stained.
Overall the quality of the hotel certainly didn't meet the standards of all the other Sheratons that we have stayed in.

Our room was on the 5th floor which is the Club Level, we didn't have a dresser or refrig. We had to live out of our suitcases for four days! Then housekeeping wouldn't clean our rooms because we had personal items everywhere! We had friends on a lower floor and their room was nicer than ours. Other than that the hotel is nice.

I always stay at this hotel when I am in town visiting my grandchildren. Not so sure this will be where we stay next time. We book the club level for the ability to grab breakfast as we are headed out each day. This time was a HUGE disappointment. Both days, all tables were OVERLOADED with dirty dishes. Absolutely no where to sit, and nothing available to eat even if there had been a table available. On our second day, we actually rode in the elevator down with the hostess, who had her EMPTY push cart with her, leaving behind the dirty dishes on every table. And I do mean every table. There was again, no where to sit. It was a disgustingly nastly looking area to even have to look at, let alone be expected to utilize. Extremely disappointed with this stay. I explained this to the man at the front desk, and he really did not seem to be concerned....

The bed was so dirty. The white comfortor was brown and had pink nail polish in places. The bathroom floor was very dirty especially around corners and edges. Trash can had old coffee grounds and trash stuck to it with no liner. Carpet full of large stains.
The shrimp was spoiled but lucky for me I had only taken one bite. I did get diareaha the following day.

Room at check-in, stained and wet carpets. Overall room not very clean. Moved to 2nd room. Not much better. Carpets dirty, etc. No towels other than hand towels in bathroom and what was there very worn and frayed. Daughter was taking a shower that evening and a 2" ugly black bug came crawling out of the ac vent in the shower area. Scared her pretty badly. Didn't want to stay the night but didn't have much choice as it was late.
