Rated 2 out of 5 by High Price to Pay for an Average Stay I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. I have stayed in lots of cheap hotels over the years and decided to splurge. I was sorely disappointed. There was visible dirt in the corners of the tiled bathroom floors, a roll of toilet paper that obviously had received urine splashes, a bathroom with NO VENTILATION, linens on the bed which did NOT smell clean and the WORST thing was that I found out after the fact that LOCAL calls are accessed a charge of $1.50!!!!! Yep, you bet I complained. Why should I be charged for a local phone call to find out a casino's perks??? I didn't even THINK to use my cell phone! BUYER BEWARE: You probably would get a better deal and a cleaner room across the street for half the price!!!!!! July 22, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Friendly Conference Center Everyone who works for his Conference Center was friendly and helpful. All staff - front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage - smiled and greeted us. Sheraton folks were super friendly and it seemed genuine. Several stopped what they were doing to assist me with directions or how to use the house computer. Really nice employees. July 22, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Had Better I usually enjoy my stay at Sheraton, but this visit was different. The key cards didn’t always work, the elevators were dirty, the staff will wake you up before 9 AM on the day of check out to remind you that you are checking out. I think I know when I plan to leave a hotel and don’t appreciate the wake up knock. The server Precious was great but that’s was the only highlight. July 17, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Average at best. The manager was very nice but several other staff members were not very helpful to my group of 6 that were staying all week. Rooms were never vacuumed and sheets were never changed the entire stay. The hotel's boiler also broke one evening and still wasn't fixed the next morning. It seems like our stay this time was a lot different than previous times. Hopefully my group's stay this week will be better. July 15, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Not typical SPG. I have stayed happily at many SPG properties, but this one disappointed me. First off, the bathtub has black mold and hair in it. There were not any wash cloths and only two towels. Since there were two of us in the room, both taking two showers, this was not enough. We paid a premium to be on club level. We were told breakfast would be served until 9:30 Sunday morning. at 8:45, there was not any food and the attendant was in the process of putting away the dishes. When asked if they would be putting out additional food, I was told no, she was already cleaning. Please note that I was not the only guest on this level who did not get breakfast. I know that there were at least 12 others who came in about the same time, with the same results. July 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Odd choice of door(s) to bathroom Had an excellent experience during my stay. My only comment is on the odd choice of doors to the entrance to our particular bathroom. The choice for milky/frosted glass in the french doors (room 230) did not give a person total privacy. Unless one turned the lights out to the bathroom. Other than that, had a great experience. Rated 3 out of 5 by Housekeeping below par Housekeeping was below par 1st two days of visit. Day 1, no service. Day 2 they took all the used towels that were hung up to dry, did not provide new towels or replenish toiletries, cups and bottled water. Front desk was exceptional throughout visit and room was satisfactorily serviced after I notified them of housekeeping problems. June 24, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Confusion There was much confusion with the block of rooms for our convention. Several were told there were no rooms when there were, and ended up at competing facilities. As to the room, wish there was a way to reduce the amount of light from the bathroom. We old folks have to leave a light on, but those windowed doors let too much out. How about a nightlight? Rated 4 out of 5 by Front desk staff inefficiency Mine, and several fellow workers rooms were not cleaned one day. The front desk staff assured that they would be cleaned while we waited, yet they were not. I informed the front desk that I would be checking out the next day and I was informed that the room receipt would be left under the door. It was not, and the front desk was not informed of my departure. Guests in the club level loung and the downstairs restaurant should be required to wear shoes, and it should be enforced by the staff. Rated 2 out of 5 by It worked This hotel worked, but I was extremely disappointed with how filthy the floors were with stains and such and since I have a 9 month old that crawls everywhere it was kind of gross to think of what he was crawling on. I was also not happy at the fact that the this is the first hotel I have stayed in that has not had a Pull out Sofa Sleeper in a room with a King size bed, therefore we were stuck in a room with 2 double beds. For this being a Sheraton, I never would have thought that this hotel would not have had that available. June 6, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Filthy The staff at this hotel were very nice and very accomodating. the bathrooms were absolutely FILTHY!! There was a moldy like substance that ran along the baseboards, dust all over the doors and the baseboards, the bottom of the shower curtain was yellow and black. I had to complain twice regarding the trashed overflowing in our room for three days, no clean towels, the bedding not being changed after I had requested it, also the cleaning crew left behind dirty, soiled rags on the vanity n my bathroom! so much to my disgust I took pictures which i will be getting ahold of the head people at The Sheraton to forward them on. It was not only our room, but every room! You would figure as far in advance we have to make these reservations they would be prepared for softball teams to come and stay. We also had to spend time in the tornado shelter which was not stocked with water or blankets. I was very disappointed in this hotel as we picked this as our place of choice to stay while we were there to spend time with our families, friends and play softball. June 5, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by sheraton staff needs improvement When we got to the room there was a blood stain on the bed skirt and coffee stains on the blanket. When I brought the blanket down to the front desk I was told they did not have another one. The maids made up the beds once in four days. We had to ask for clean towels every day. The last night there we still had no clean towels at 6pm. We went to the front desk twice and both times they took our room number and said they would get us towels and clean up the room. When we came back from supper at 9pm the room was still not clean and fresh towels were dumped on the bed. The old dirty ones were still on the floor. The breakfast was the same every day and since we were with a group they made use walk down to the Reed Center every day for breakfast. We did not get waffles, toast, cereal, milk or several diffferent juices like the rest of the hotel guests got. Overall this motel needs much improvement in how to provide their guests quality service. June 4, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Some staff didn't handle stress well We stayed the night that several tornadoes hit the area and while we weren't at the hotel during the time of the tornadoes, we returned to find that several of the members of the staff not handling the stress of the storms very well. A couple of us wanted to get food from the restaurant since all that was in the "store" was candy bars and we had been running from the strom for a few hours and were turned away when according to the hours they were still open. So, back out into the rain and hail my husband went to get food. The next morning when breakfast was to be served since we were staying on the club level, it was still not ready by almost 7am. Hope things got better after we left! June 3, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Celebration Experience Booked four rooms on the Lounge floor for a combination graduation and birthday celebrations for my family and it was wonderful. The rooms were clean roomy, quiet, accessible, and very comfortable, for two and for four. The food was good, and reasonable. Princess on the lounge floor, was welcoming; she made my family from several parts of the country, feel very comfortable, even special. Thank you. There was something for the men, like the wine and beer tasting contest and car show and for the women, quilt and craft show. I could not have planned a better time. It was also helpful to be across the street from Walmart and Lowes and Radio Shack, etc. I will always use you for my special occasions for my family. Thank you. May 21, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by will never stay at this Sheraton again I was very disappointed with this hotel. Service was bad, my room never got cleaned. The hotel staff came around 520 to clean my room after I had been out all day. I was at the club level, and the food was horrible. Also, the pictures in the room were dusty and it didn't seem very clean. The bathroom door did not open all the way, when you opened it, it hit the toilet. Worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at!. Rated 5 out of 5 by family getaway Have stayed at this Sheraton on multiple occasions for business and leisure. The AC/Heater had some complications which were quickly corrected by maintenance and front desk staff. We will definitely be staying at this and other Sheratons again in the future as our needs were met beyond our expectations. Also, this particular facility sits just minutes from downtown OKC offering options such as Bricktown, the fairgrounds, sporting events, and shopping. May 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Always something interesting The last time we stayed at this Sheraton Location the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel briefly due to a guest lighting candles in their room. This time we were entertained by a pair of Geese on the roof of the parking garage. It was certainly a site to see! The rooms are always comfortable. This time ours could have had a little more attention from housekeeping and the free wireless service never worked. May 13, 2013
