When traveling and staying at Sheraton properties I've had the ability to select different movies from my room TV. The Midwest faciltiy does not offer this option, it used to but several months ago it was elliminated. Now that they have installed new HD TV's will you continue to stay analog or providing HD coverage along with ability to purchase (pay for view)?

Had bad experience ,was not impressed with condition of room,walls in room were dirty as well as comforter on bed had to be changed twice(had spots on them),carpet in room was filthy ,flies were flying all around ,cob webs on lite over mirror did not expect this from a Sheraton ,not like this in Chicago,management have not returned call as of yet called twice.

There should be a curfew. We were placed right by the elevator yet had reservations for several weeks. We were forced to go into the hallway at 3am to tell people who were partying that we were trying to sleep and to please leave the hallway. The next morning, we went to have breakfast and were told it wouldn't be open until 11:30, yet check out time is 11:00.

Cobwebs in the room in several spots, corners of walls & around the heating/air vents by the table above it. Completely visible while sitting in the brown leather chair. Stained bedskirts on BOTH beds. The vent above the shower area has mold covered on it... Stained carpet. Just not pleased with this stay whatsoever. Needs cleaned from top to bottom. Period.

The property is located in a good postion with access to OKC and the surrounding area (zoo, memorial, etc.,). The rooms were not not well kept. When we returned to our room at the end of the day (visiting local establishments) there were still dirty dishes and an old newspaper on the desk. The club level attendant told me she was not surprised by this.

There was much confusion with the block of rooms for our convention. Several were told there were no rooms when there were, and ended up at competing facilities. As to the room, wish there was a way to reduce the amount of light from the bathroom. We old folks have to leave a light on, but those windowed doors let too much out. How about a nightlight?

The Sheraton in MWC is a nice hotel, specially for the room rates. The Staff is very courteous. The rooms are nicely appointed and tastefully decorated.
The bathrooms, while clean, could use a good bleaching (floor). The elevators are a little soiled, as well as the hall carpeting. This does not detract from the stay, however. I am just nitpicking.

Buffet Breakfast is over-rated
I asked to stay an extra night and was refused but then Staff came following me
to accept my extra night I think they should have an answer imidiatly and not reflect on it then go after the guest to beg him to stay
they should serve continental breakfast to guest

The hotel is a located in a great location with shopping and eating easily within reach. But this hotel is a great hotel. Beautiful lobby, great restaurant. Nice fitness center. The key is in the rooms and the service the staff gives. Great staff and awesome rooms!

Housekeeping was below par 1st two days of visit. Day 1, no service. Day 2 they took all the used towels that were hung up to dry, did not provide new towels or replenish toiletries, cups and bottled water. Front desk was exceptional throughout visit and room was satisfactorily serviced after I notified them of housekeeping problems.

Everyone who works for his Conference Center was friendly and helpful. All staff - front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage - smiled and greeted us. Sheraton folks were super friendly and it seemed genuine. Several stopped what they were doing to assist me with directions or how to use the house computer. Really nice employees.

The place was musty and smelled like mold, the towel's were so tattered I would have used them as rags to clean the bathroom with. Speaking of bathroom, the vanity had been cracked and filled in with putty/silicone. We were booked and paid in advance for 2 nights and only spent one night with the place, no refunds allowed. Grrrrr.

Had an excellent experience during my stay. My only comment is on the odd choice of doors to the entrance to our particular bathroom. The choice for milky/frosted glass in the french doors (room 230) did not give a person total privacy. Unless one turned the lights out to the bathroom. Other than that, had a great experience.

the hotel is under renovations. Not warned at the time the reservation was made. Room had spiders (killed 2) and cobwebs in the corners. One of the "clean" bath towels had makeup on it. we received some of our points back due to these issues. The hotel needs to be sure the rooms are extra clean because of the renovations.

I'm not against the military, I appreciate you guys. I do not appreciate being put in a room right next to some guys who are clearly there to party (to all hours of the night). The hotel was lightly booked, so it was not an issue of availability, I'm not sure why we were put so closely together.
Not only was this location one that attracts this type of clientele, their handling of the situation was profoundly inadequate. A dismissive, "yeah, they're on a different schedule than most of the rest of us" was the response I got when I made a complaint. I would suggest you find somewhere else to stay. I wish I could get my night's sleep back, or at least my money. Yeah right.
In a gesture to not throw the baby out with the bathwater, I did have a pleasant time grabbing dinner and a drink in the restaurant and found Todd, the bartender to be on top of his game and enjoyable (in spite of the hotel not having a working credit card machine to be used in the restaurant).

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times now. This hotel is growing on me.
Rooms have always been very clean. I like the covered parking with the short walk. Restaurant is decent, but not a place I would take a date.
Overall, the price is great for the location that has great highway access and some good restaurants close by.

I came in to attend a career fair that had been cancelled a few weeks before. The staff had my room ready and even left a note wishing me success in my trip. My prior business trip had been cancelled and the airport had limited flights and I stayed at the hotel and EVERYONE was great, very accommodating.

SPG needs to take the Sheraton name off this hotel. Hotel is dirty, from the front desk onwards. Our beds were made but the dirty sheets were still on the bed from night before. The pillow cases were yellow. Mold growing in the shower and bathrooms. The breakfast was awful, in fact McDonalds is ten times better.

In addition to great customer service and a comfortable room, we enjoyed the Complimentary Happy Hour in the 5th floor Lounge, Some really good food and a really nice Hostesses there! Luke, at the desk, also tried to find where I might purchase a brass floor lamp like the 4 in the Hotel Lobby. Thanks again

I chose this hotel as it is near a freeway and easy to get to the Capitol area. I used the covered parking lot and unloaded right in front of the hotel. The food menu is outstanding and well prepared. I was treated well by all of the staff. I plan on staying there the next time I am in Oklahoma City.

In addition to great customer service and a comfortable room, we enjoyed the Complimentary Happy Hour in the 5th floor Lounge The club level hostess did a superb job. This will be our stay-over place in the OKC area when traveling. Only downside was only one elevator worked.

A good stay. Staff was outstanding. A small problem with check in but staff was VERY busy. Nice room very clean and well appointed. Recommended to friends for a weekend stay. A little difficult to get if you are
not familiar with the area. Restaurant has a nice limited menu. Will stay again.

The staff was very friendly and eager to assist in any way. Rooms were nice although bathroom could use a deep clean. Remodeling was in process to corridors and some rooms. Hot tub jets had no plug so the air/water bubbled straight up into your face. Overall nice place. Would stay again!

I did not appreciate the big birthday party in the lobby when we checked. Also another party on the 5th floor went on intil after 10 pm disturbing many guests. I heard from other guests who also complained about the noise. One guest likened the noise to "a disco club with children".

Requests were not in the room as promised upon checkin, Room never touched by house keeping. No food on buffet, nor plates or bowls or juice! Club lounge closed early in the am?!?
I am platinum member and had horrible room placement and not acknowledged. Would NOT recommend.

This hotel is in need of renovation. This is the second time that I have stayed in the hotel and the tub faucet steadily leaks; not only in my room but in the rooms of my colleagues. The rooms are not cleaned to my specifications and the beds were not made in a neat manner.
