I enjoyed the stay and my room however, my tub and bed was not clean and the room itself just needed a good dusting and spring cleaning.

There were spider webs in my room, the room was dusty. The maintenance people did not clean my bathroom, they only put out new towels.

We stayed two nights. We had two rooms with one adult each. All of our reservations stated we'd each have a king size bed, but when we arrived we were told we were each booked in a double. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful and offered to see if there were any king size beds still available. My co-worker and I told her we didn't mind the doubles so she didn't check. I could see how this could bother some people so I would recommend the booking agent make sure the reservations are for what rooms are actually available. We booked almost two months in advance, and like I said, we had no problem but someone might. I don't think it was this specific hotel's fault thought because I booked with a Starwood Guests booking agent over the phone, and I believe it's a call in line not a part of this specific hotel, but all Starwood/Sheraton hotels. Our rooms were nice and welcoming. We had plenty of toiletries and Starbucks Coffee and Tazo Tea available. The rooms come with a nice TV, Closet, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, and plenty of linens. They give you the option (if staying for more than one night) to decline room service and receive extra SPG points or a five dollar voucher to a local shop, restaurant, etc. The rooms were a bit dusty in places, like maybe things were dusted around rather than items picked up and dusted under. Our conference was at the Reed Conference Center and we had an easy indoor walk from the hotel lobby to the conference center. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again! We also really appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the young lady working the desk at check in.
