Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed in the outdated room I had a meeting at the Reed Center, so it was very helpful in staying at the hotel. when I checked in the front desk was very friendly & helpful. they had gave my room away but upgraded me to Club Level which was awesome! Very disappointed in the room ~old & outdated. The tub was dirty & the fridge had hair in it & was gross! Made me question the rest of the room on cleanliness. The host in the club lounge was great & it was a lot of fun! I enjoyed that part! April 8, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cleaning lacks effort Where to start? I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is very nice and convenient, except cleaning of the room. After the first night, I noticed a couple of wet towels that had been re-hung rather than switched with clean towels, nothing in the bathroom was wiped down (shower and sink facets). Did not complain until 6 pm the following night, when both of my room keys would not work. Once I received new keys, I then walked into a room that had not been cleaned at all. And the first morning in the room I was about to make coffee when I saw particles of something floating. Thank goodness I noticed and did not consume whatever it was. March 14, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disgusting and Disappointed My friend and I came into town just for the night. We checked in at 3pm and came up to the room. I noticed disgusting stains on the comforter, stains on the carpet, and remote to tv did not work. I took a picture of the stains on the comforter down to the front desk. All she offered me was to change the linens.. did I mention these stains were disgusting. She also offered to replace batteries in the remote. When we returned to the room the linens had been changed but the remote still did not work. I then had to make a call down to front desk to have maintenance bring up batteries. I was very disappointed in this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. For all the trouble we went through I was shocked we were not offered money off our stay or drink vouchers. Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't Bother Requesting Specifics In your Reservation We made our reservations four months in advance for a room with two double beds. When we arrived we were given a room with one king size bed. When we asked for a room with two beds we were told the rooms were " First come first served". We were traveling with three preteen kids, so only having one bed was not at all useful. The staff at the desk was very unhelpful. They seemed to have no interest in meeting our needs. I will not stay here again. I have had much much better service from far less expensive hotels. November 16, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by A little disappointed. This was our second stay at this Sheraton. The first stay was pretty good, outside of the children slamming doors, running, and yelling up and down our hallway. We went ahead and chalked that up to a parenting problem. This stay started out fine. Parking was convenient and the front desk clerk was friendly. We didn't get to our room until late (just before midnight), and when we pulled back the covers there was a blood stain on the heavy comforter blanket. We just pulled it off and put it in the corner, but when we pulled back the sheets, there was another blood stain on the sheets. Both stains looked set in and gone through the wash a time or two. Both stains were also about the size of a baseball. Although we were disgusted, we decided since it was late we were not going to make a fuss. We notified the front desk in the morning who responded with, "Oh, ok, we'll check into that." I guess I expected a little more urgency/empathy. I sincerely hope they don't tell housekeeping staff to ignore such glaring, disgusting stains. Sorry to say this was unacceptable and unfortunately, we probably won't be back. April 18, 2012
