After receiving the Final and Adjusted Folio from the hotel I note an additional $50 charge to my credit card with no explanation. Unable to email to find out what is going on and temporarily out of the country. If the hotel can email a FINAL statement and I also have a printed Statement from the morning of check out, why can't they notify me of the reason for additional charges to my credit card?

Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. However service is not so great, the shuttle is slow and normally you have to wait 20 + minutes when you need it. At the airport I waited 1 hour for the shuttle. Also no free wifi anywhere, you can get it if you sign up for their loyalty program, but no one told me that until check out. Plus they do not even offer free wifi in their lobby.
Maps of the area are not available, restaurant food is average, but priced high. No mini frig in room, but hey they give you a bottle of water.
Just nothing that makes me want to return to the hotel at all. I would rather spend my monies at a hotel that is customer oriented.

The hotel was great and my husband was very impressed . Also the customer service was outstanding. The staff was so nice and so helpful. I live to see great customer service and hope that others can follow this type of example in their businesses. The value of the room exceeded what we paid . Great job guys !! Keep up the good work . Also the restaurant you suggested was wonderful for our special day . You made our anniversary with your kindness and service very memorable .Thanks happy couple

I was in town visiting family for the Memorial Day holiday and my 50th birthday. Sheraton's customer service was outstanding. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast delicious. The location was perfect. Thank you for making my Memorial Day and 50th b-day perfect.

I was placed directly under the club lounge. Every morning I woke up to the sound of high heels and luggage wheels hitting the tile floor above my bed. One night there was a delivery around 4:00 AM and the delivery people dropped heavy things on the floor or on piles of other things which made very loud thumping sounds. They also spoke and laughed very loudly with no respect for the guests.

This is truly my first review as a 8 year Platinum member, But I feel I must post this. I live in PA. Fly out of BWI for the price and convenience. I have yet to stay here and not have several issues with the service and room. It really is such a disappointment. I can give you multiple, multiple reasons but I will keep this short. You will never get anything, even a bottle of water or snack from the lounge after 9:30 pm or a consistent room. So you better check in before 7 ..Management tends to be rude, errogant and un-accommodating in which I am really disappointed in you all. STARWOOD, Please step in here.

Whenever I am in the Baltimore/Washington area I stay at Sheraton BWI. I could stay at another hotel closer to where I was visiting, but it is well worth the driving the extra miles to stay at the BWI Sheraton. The front desk staff recognize me and call me by name. They remember my dog's name too. My favorite front desk employee K. makes sure that my husband has his favorite flavor of tea. The club lounge is way above average with the continental breakfast including bacon and eggs. Many of the club lounges offer only cold items. I have to say that overall, Sheraton BWI is my favroite property to stay.

This was my first stay as a SPG Gold Member and it was wonderful!
The General Manager reached out to me before my stay to see if I needed anything before my arrival. She also checked with me after my stay to ensure everything was OK.
The staf and the accomodations were wonderful! I recommend this to everyone!
BTW This is a great solution if you need to leave from BWI for an international flight and live more than one hour away. You can arrange to park your car there during your stay and the hotel shuttle will drop you and pick you up.
