I found the three small parking spots before the gate near the entrance to be very frustrating and terribly inconvenient. On top of that, I had to pay for parking!

Staff was great. Nice hotel, but would have been better if hotel had better sound proofing windows. Nothing much to do in the area, but only stayed for one night.

Shuttle delayed a lot and let me stay waiting for almost an hour. When it came the bus and its driver didn't match what we expect for a Sheraton service standard.

Water shut own during day.

Hotel rooms was very clean, service was exceptional and the meals were delicious.
The meeting rooms was very accommodating to our needs.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated. The bed was very good and the room was quiet despite being at JFK - we slept well. The room was kept clean, and the housekeeping staff was helpful. The heating system was noisy and rattled, so we kept it off at night. The TV was an average sized flatscreen but the reception was terrible and the number of channels limited - like from the '80s.
All of the hotel staff were great, we were there for 2 weeks due to the hurricane, and the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.
We wanted to use the too small laundry facility but the dryer was out of order for 5 days. This probably wouldn't bother most travelers who don't need to do laundry.
The fitness center wasn't usable because it was under renovation - there was no work done from what I could tell when we were there. However, the staff arranged for us to use the Hilton's fitness center next door at no cost.
The room cost was reasonable for the location. Restaurant prices were reasonable, but the menu limited.
Overall, this is an average hotel at a reasonable cost for the location. It has strong plusses and strong weaknesses so it depends what's important to you.
