Rated 4 out of 5 by nice place very nice property. the newly redone room we had was fine except it was dark due to wall paper...Parking really needs to be worked on: not clear how to get into it, cards don't work very well, and leaving is also rough. turns into and out of the lot are a problem July 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic experience My stay was a wonderful experience, the bed was very comfortable, the room was good sized, but I was disappointed that the drapes/curtains did not close at all to block out the outside light. I also get nauseated by the smell of orange, so I can not use the soap October 26, 2012

Pool water was cloudy, Jacuzzi had scum film, heat system in room didn't work, ice machine on club level wasn't working, restaurant only served buffet for bkfst no menu items, restaurant at night was loud due to bar area. Rated 5 out of 5 by The Club Lounge is awesome I enjoyed my stay throughout Easter.The rooms are clean.The staff are friendly.The heated swimming pool was not warm though....the water was cold..Meals are not child friendly whatsover.Cold tasteless food is what we got for the baby. May 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great staff, Poor Room Service I stay at the Sheraton Needham frequently for business travel and the front desk staff is GREAT, the bartenders are friendly, the facility is comforting. Ellie has such a nice welcome smile whenever I check in and the staff is very cheerful! I have never had a good experience with Room Service though. After working until at least 8 each day with more work left to do -- it is frustrating. One day all I asked for was silverware for the food I picked up on my way in, water, and fruit...it never came! Another time I ordered a meal at 830 (I had calls back to back until 10) -- she told me it would be 30 minutes (Thank god because I'm starving). An hour later still did not receive my food and no one would pick up at room service. Finally the front desk gentleman had to go ask them to call me. She called me and said sorry it will be up in 30 minutes. When I asked what cause the delay, she said Oh we're so busyyy, someone forgot to punch it in (someone being her since she is the one I ordered from)! At least she did not charge me for my meal. Rated 3 out of 5 by Club Level With the amount of SPG required for one night stay, Gold Members should be allowed access to the club level and free internet not have to choose one or the other. I have stayed in numerous SPG hotels, used less points and got more. I was disappointed. August 11, 2012

Front desk very effecient and friendly, the hotel restaurant was going through renovations but they did everything to make sure it didn't effect your dining experience. Great place for a conference. I was 15 minutes late to my morning meetings due to not getting my requested wakeup calls. Alarm clock was not easy to program so requested wake up call but did NOT get it. August 3, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by very unhappy, feel disrespected, started from the moment i got to the hotel, having to wait in line for 30 min because there was only one lady checking people in and she didnt seem to know what she was doing.. ( not enough people to help costumers at the start ), after they didnt know what to do with the parking lot as i couldnt park my truck in the garage because the truck was too tall and wouldnt fit on the garage, the lady didnt know if she should charge me for parking or not, guess what happened? i have been charged twice now,... got there at 3pm saturday, left 10 am sunday and was charged for 2 nights of parking, then we go to have breakfast, i tried to use a gift card that was given to me by the hotel ( $ 5.00 ) the people from the breakfast area didnt seem to know how to do it, i asked the manager if i could use my gift card because i was about to leave to go home and would lose the 5.00 dollar gift card he said NO PROBLEM, guess what happened? been charged twice again... two parking fees in one day, two breakfast charges in one day... the worst comes now..i have called the hotel many times, spoken to 3 diferent people THEY DONT CARE, they say they cant do anything, dont know how it happened, get transfered to the billing dept every time, get a voicemail from a man that is apparently in charge of that but been 3 days not a phone call back...one thing i have to say was my 1st time at a sheraton hotel and will be the last...will never go back again and every time i hear about a friend going he will know about what happened to me..
