Arrived at 4 (check in is 3) was not able to get keys to room until after 6.
Upon arrival, the lobby was filled up with lines of people; check in was so slow.
I had a reserved room, however, staff was issuing rooms on a first come first serve basis.
My room was on the first floor and the only was to access it with a luggage cart was to drag the cart outside and up a winding ramp (no assistance).

Hotel room was dirty. Hair everywhere in the bathroom and on the beds upon my arrival. There was also dog hair on the comforter. Needs to be washed. I requested towels at 5pm and came back at 11pm to no towels. Requested again and took an hour to receive them. I also experienced this at my last stay. Would recommend this hotel if staff was more organized and issues handled promptly. Get it together guys!

The only downside about this hotel is that it is near Route 128 during a terrible construction period. Otherwise, this hotel was absolutely delightful! The pool and hot tub were most inviting, I met some delightful fellow guests, and the food was delicious and the bartender was delightful! The Club level lounge was also incredibly productive and inviting and the food there was delicious. If the rates are a bit more consistent, I will definitely consider staying here again! And, finally, my late checkout was accomodated. Thank you!

Room was not cleaned properly during our stay. Supplies. Not sufficient . Asked for extras but no response. Ended up going to cart to pick up ourselves. Garbage left outside rooms not taken away.

This hotel was nice, it was close to Boston Downtown (25min drive). The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. The breakfast for the club floor was Okay, not a big selection and variety. The Hotel was also very cold, the clim was ON even when the weather was cold, Overall, I would still go back to this Hotel and recommend it, as it has great features, very clean and nice staff.

this is a great hotel, considering the price and location. although it might seem a bit far, but there are lots of stores that's close by, CVS, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc.
for Platinum members, they are very accommodating and generous on upgrades, if you ask nicely. this is rare on some of the Sheratons that I visited. the only draw back is that this hotel has a very small lounge, and the breakfast is simply mediocre.
overall, would definitely visit here again.

Overall this hotel didn't meet our expectations. We have stayed at Sheraton hotels before and found the staff at this hotel inefficient and some times rude. Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave us clean towels. I understand this could happen, but when we called the front desk to request the missing towels, the person delivering them almost threw them at me. She didn't even say hello or good night. We needed a room with two beds and the only available were double beds. First time in a long time that we are in a room with double beds. Very uncomfortable. Also, the rooms don't have a mini fridge. Very unusual as well for this type of hotel. Other issues with front staff being inefficient that are not worth mentioning here. Nothing terrible but just disappointed at Sheraton.

Not sure the best place to write this, but just want to commend the Sheraton Needham, MA hotel and specifically one of your employees, Preston. We had called in prior to making our reservation and were lucky enough to have him be the one to answer the phone - he took time to answer our specific questions and his clarity, patience and enthusiasm for this hotel went above and beyond to make us know we would be happy with the multi-night stay. He was there to greet us when we checked in with a genuine smile, remembered us from the call, acknowledged our SPG status, and throughout our stay made us and our guests feel welcome every time we saw him. My father-in-law does dozens of business trips a year and commented that Preston's caring nature (to my in-laws, to our four year old and to us) and knowledge (and appreciation) of all the benefits of the hotel and the Sheraton brand created one of the best customer service experiences he's had at a hotel. Beautiful lobby and first floor sitting/common areas! Thanks so much for making it a great stay!
