The staff was very friendly and the hotel had been nicely renovated however this could not make up for staying in the smallest hotel room I have ever seen in north America. The furniture was oversized and you could barely walk around the bed. Looking at the fire escape plan we had been put into an extra small room. The regular rooms would have had about an extra 4' and would have still been very small.

We love this hotel. Not too big and not too small. Great location.
Only one thing I thought this time was Eco Green system. I don't need whole house cleaning but I just need trash empty out, towels on the floor replaced, bathroom tissue replenished and shampoo bottle replenished. This time I learned all service or nothing wasn't good. I needed between.

I had several issues that I called the front desk about including the fact that one of the dresser drawers didn't close properly and that I couldn't put anything in that drawer because then it wouldn't stay shut. The staff addressed everything but that issue. I probably should have kept complaining and asked for a different room, but was too tired to pack all my stuff up and move.

We've stayed at the Bellevue Sheraton a few times. And most recently last weekend (Feb 8th-10th). As per usual everything was great but this time they upgraded us to the club level floors at NO COST. That I thought was very nice of them to do. I was traveling with my kids and parents and both rooms were upgraded. I just wanted to thank the hotel staff, it was much appreciated.

Overall, one of the better Sheraton experience i have. Convenient location and i think the property is just been remodelled because the carpet and furnitures looks new.
Minus 2 stars on room comfort because the room we stayed in, room 513 has a bad HVAC. The A/C HUMMED all night and it's very loud. I would suggest mgmt to check the HVAC in that room. that's unacceptable.

When staying on the club floor, I expected to be able to get pop and water any time, not have them locked up. we had to ask several times to get drinks, and then they only gave 1 bottle per person.

all the front office staff was outstanding!! james,heidi,denise and julie smiled and made eye contact everytime i walked by the front desk. i was looking for a foam pillow and MJ asked if she could help me as i walked out of the elevator and got it for me right then.Also the food and service in the bar area was awesome. like i was staying with family.

We stayed in Bellevue for my wife's Birthday. The staff was excellent and acknowledged the occasion. The club floor was good and the breakfast above average. Good location with many good restaurants a short drive away. Also a casual Mexican restaurant next door. We will return to this hotel when staying in Bellevue.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. She invited me to join the SPG program and gave me complementary WIFI access after the enrollment. We asked her for direction where we were heading to the next day, she printed out the direction from google map and gave us a general idea where it's about as well. Great service!

Hotel and staff were OK. However, first room was very musty and super noisy from interstate. Second room was covered in pet hair and reeked. Third room the ventilation unit was leaking... there was a 5ft diameter wet area of carpet. We gave up changing anymore and stayed in the damp room. Not a good impression or stay.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Heidi. She is one of the best Front Desk Agents I have ever encountered. She even called our room after we checked in to ensure we were happy with the room. We had a very restful sleep. It was very hard to wake up from such a comfortable bed. Thank you.

Sheraton Sleeper bed extremely comfortable and exceeded expectations; blackout shade is appreciated and sturdy enough to actually work!! Requested shower curtain replacement handled courteously and immediately.Staff at front desk and Club lounge friendly, helpful and outstanding. This is why I stay here.

This was an incredibly small room. The beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable. I used this hotel for the first time with out of town guests. They were from Chicago and we stayed here prior to returning to the airport. The facility and room were clean and the staff was friendly, just uncomfortable.

The staff at the front desk were superb! They were great from the time of booking to checking out.
The rooms were nice and clean. We love that the hotel offered adjoining rooms, which was extremely convenient for our family.
The beds were comfortable. We only wish that they were bigger.

Several times a year I find it necessary to spend a night or more, often with family, when visiting from my Whidbey Island home. Staff is always friendly and professional and I feel like an honored guest. Parking, restaurat, and a shuttle to nearby shopping are all just outside the door!

Overall very good stay, staff were very friendly and helpful and shuttle service is a real plus. The rooms lacked a mini fridge and safe which was an inconvenience. Some form of early breakfast service eg Continental for guests departing early would be a major benefit - I left at 6am.

It is always nice to do business with a hotel where you can expect high standard and professional service. Everyone I encountered from the Front Desk to Housekeeping and the Club Lounge, I was never disappointed. It's nice to be remembered as well by people like Ginger.

This property is kind of out of the way, but once you get there it is a short walk to Bellevue Square and downtown restaurants. Staff is very friendly, special thanks to Ginger who was very helpful at checkin. Room service menu was extensive and the food quality very good.

Sabrina at the front desk was just wonderful. She was kind, sweet and accommodating to our needs. We had booked the reservation last minute through our daughter on the StarHot program and everyone was so kind throughout our experience. But a special thanks to Sabrina!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue.
The breakfast was outstanding, better than any other Sheraton we have visited.
Staff checking in and also the club room were very helpful and efficient. We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Bellevue area.

the Sheraton Bellevue, WA. The room was

the evening front desk provided exceptional service as they extended a willingness to do anything to make my stay as comfortable as they could. this included dinner recommendations, rides to town and arranging for a limo to take me to he airport. Great job!

Gee, seriously. I haven't felt welcomed at a hotel like this in a long time. Everyone was there to make your stay perfect. The club level offered a great hot breakfast. The room we were in had double sinks. This was Sheraton Quality through and through!

All staff members were friendly and did their best to help in any wy possible. Evan was exceptional! The shuttle service was so nice; especially for us two sisters traveling together!
The only problem we had was with the AC not being cool enough for us.

Small rooms, didn't care about my platinum status, wall A/C next to the desk - too noisy to work, low number of TV channels compared to other hotels, no washer and dryer for long term stays. This hotel shouldn't be part of starwood. I will never be back.

I have stayed here a couple times and it is great. The club level offers breakfast which is great. The staff is very friendly. They have complimentary shuttle service to the city. Met all expectations for the lower end price range. Thanks!

Whoever is coaching the staff around here "gets it." Every request we made was handled by the staff member we first addressed. There was no, "Let me speak to my manager" stuff going on here. Everything was handled to our satisfaction and with a smile.

We stayed in the Club level for one night and had a very relaxing time. Hallways were quiet and even though the hotel was next to I405, it was still very quiet throughout the hotel. Staff was very quick and eager to assist us in everything we needed.
