This hotel was good once we found a way to get in. The personal was friendly. We had trouble finding information in the room about the area but the staff at the desk were very helpful.

I would first like to say that the Ginger at the front desk was awesome! I had to call several times before I got to town and Ginger accommodated all our needs and was extra helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. However, the morning of our check-out, housekeeping came knocking at our door at 9:45am, before we could answer the door, the male housekeeper had the door open and was standing there looking at us. Just out of the shower and not fully dressed. Check out time is at 12:00 noon and I dont think housekeeping should be knocking on doors and intruding on guests before then. Prior to this we could hear them knocking on other guests doors and talking loudly in the hall, as we were trying to sleep. We finally decided that sleeping in was not an option. We were on the 6th floor, club level and you think they would have been more courteous. We felt like the whole floor was being kicked out as they were knocking on all the doors and opening them, hours before check out. Other than that, our stay was great and the room was very cozy. The front desk staff was great!

I really like staying at the hotel and i LOVE the cioppino. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't get rid of it. It's amazing and the only thing I ever order - and I'm there a LOT!

When you first walked in the room the odor was overwhelming. The bathroom smelled as if someone had smoked cigarettes in it. I was glad I had allergy/sinus medication with me.

As a business traveler to Seattle, I highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to d/t Bellevue, great bed, good menu, contemporary feel, very comfortable, will stay again.

Front desk staff was top notch. Got a spg upgrade without asking. Rooms are a little small but, really nice decore and very clean. Don't judge the hotel by the outside.

I've written some favorable reviews in the past as we really like this hotel. You know how it goes when things seem to be too good to be true...you kind of expect to be disappointed at some point. This place just gets better with every stay.
I had a little trouble with making my reservation on the website so I called the hotel and they put me through to reservations. I hate centralized, national reservation centers. This place however, was fantastic. I talked to Tony and in minutes he got me the rate and program I was looking for.
One of the main reasons we like the Sheraton is their attitude towards pets. While other properties charge you a nightly fee for your pet the Sheraton only has you sign a contract to charge you IF your pet has an accident. I am offended by places that charge a fee for our dog who has never had an accident in a hotel room. Further, this time when we checked in the hotel offered us doggie waste bags in a Sheraton logo dispenser shaped like a bone. What a great sense of humor!
At breakfast on Sunday we were served by Mike again. He has been our waiter every time we stayed there. What a gracious host.
