Rated 3 out of 5 by Air Conditioning Unit Very Loud & Bowl of Sink Collapsed The rooms were fairly clean, but the air conditioning units need an upgrade, they're very loud and a bit outdated. My last morning, they sink bowl collapsed from the base of the vanity...this could have been extremely dangerous if cracked. May 21, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel! The hotel was full the night we stayed with our small dog. We had a little trouble with our room heat. Someone was sent right away and fixed the problem. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again at this hotel!!! August 17, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Customer Service only 'Excellent' thing. We expected more out of this level of hotel chain. We kindly asked if we could get any view, as in not looking at garbage cans or a brick wall. Our view was an ugly rooftop/wall of building next door, perfect. The toilet seat had hair on it from previous guests. We ordered dinner from the attached hotel restaurant and picked it up ourselves. That was convenient, but the food was just OK. My avocado burger had one sliver of avocado on it and NO other sauces offered, a very dry bun. The next morning we used the workout facility. The size of it is very nice and it has good equipment, etc. The big downfall was there is no internal or external fan system in the room so it is very hot and stuffy, no air movement. Add to that there were no sweat towels, so we were dripping sweat and had no way to keep it cleaner. I also noticed other people were not cleaning off the equipment when they were finished, so posting signs instructing users to wipe down the equipment when done would help. The hotel staff was wonderful, but the hotel itself simply not the level of standard we expect out of a Sheraton. June 23, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ask for your room to be cleaned Front desk staff excellent. Love shuttle service and workout room was great. House keeping did not clean the room or make up beds. Had to ask for towel change at 9pm. This should not have happened. December 27, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Cozy room and the bed was comfy.. I would first like to say that the Ginger at the front desk was awesome! I had to call several times before I got to town and Ginger accommodated all our needs and was extra helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. However, the morning of our check-out, housekeeping came knocking at our door at 9:45am, before we could answer the door, the male housekeeper had the door open and was standing there looking at us. Just out of the shower and not fully dressed. Check out time is at 12:00 noon and I dont think housekeeping should be knocking on doors and intruding on guests before then. Prior to this we could hear them knocking on other guests doors and talking loudly in the hall, as we were trying to sleep. We finally decided that sleeping in was not an option. We were on the 6th floor, club level and you think they would have been more courteous. We felt like the whole floor was being kicked out as they were knocking on all the doors and opening them, hours before check out. Other than that, our stay was great and the room was very cozy. The front desk staff was great! October 17, 2012
