Sheraton group has a reputation to be an above average hotel in the hospitality industry. What separate a good hotel than an usual road side motel 6 is the bathroom amenities. I would expect my Sheraton room would offer me adequate "bathroom tissue". The box tissue was empty (without a spare) and only one roll of tissue paper. It was two o'clock in the morning and it was too late to call for extra supplies. A small little inconvenience can make or break your night of sleep. I would expect my next SPG stay would be a better one.

We visit this hotel a few times for the shopping we love Bellevue square and it is also close enough to drive into downtown seattle.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent. Joel at the front desk was kind and very welcoming. Joel also did double duty at the club lounge and was friendly and engaging. Frank, at guest services provided an excellent recommendation for dinner. Andrew, at the club lounge was very friendly as well and provided us with many restaurant ideas. The hotel was very clean and the location was easy to get to. There is a very nice mall within walking distance of the hotel. The Sheraton offers a courtesy shuttle which we took advantage of one evening when it was raining. Drew, the shuttle driver was very friendly and accommodating.

Front desk staff was top notch. Got a spg upgrade without asking. Rooms are a little small but, really nice decore and very clean. Don't judge the hotel by the outside.

I have stayed here before and I loved it. This time however I was dissapointed as I realize that the hotel is cutting corners to increase profitability eg: water pressure was poor/didn't include bath gel in the room etc. if this is how on the SPG floor, might be worse on other floors.
The worse one was at 6am on a weekday painters are moving the gym equipment around and sanding the walls to paint. I realize that you would have to pay double time for labor to paint the gym overnight however, to do this at 6am when most guest would want to work out was beyond me. I am still trying to get over the respiratory issue after running on the treadmill when the painters were sanding the walls

Reception staff friendly and professional, outlined all services available and provided upgraded room recognizing gold status. We utilized van service for shopping and restaurant, which allowed us to avoid the the holiday traffic and were also impressed with service. Staff quickly found answers to our questions about the area and the complimentary computer center in the lobby was great. Room well lit and very comfortable. Will definately return when in area.

Not sure what "recent renovation" means. The lobby was OK, but the hallways and rooms didn't even come close to reflecting being "transformed by a recent $5.7 million renovation". This is definitely one of the worst Sheratons I've experienced in some time. I'm horrified to think what it was like before the "renovation". I would strongly recommend going elsewhere unless location next to the noisy interstate is a must.

No tissue box
And room needed a little more updating in general.
The hot water kept changing in temp.
No upgrade for preferred member.
