Bed badly made: short-sheeted and sides not tucked in resulted in sleeping on the bare mattress and a crumpled mattress pad. Notified the front desk and no more short-sheeting, but the bottom sheet was still untucked. And I never did receive the bathroom trash container I requested. Twice. Had access to the Club floor and lounge (good), but the crowd was unbearable and unruly, shoving, rude, leaving messes on the tables, kids yelling and screaming. Only used 1 of the 4 days we were there, the first day.

I stayed here for the location close to NYC and train station. Shuttle bus runs every hour and can only fit 11 people in the van. It's first come first serve. Or like many people do just push there way onto the van regardless that other people waited longer then them. It's a simple fix for Sheraton, get a larger van or bus and run more frequently. I won't stay here again or recommend this to friends or family. I'd rather spend the extra money and stay in the city.

We had a room on the 19 floor with a lovely view of Manhattan. Our room was great. Wished it had a microwave to heat cold coffee..

Carpet had burn marks, stains. Air conditioning did not work. Bathroom fixtures several cracks. I was told I was in a recently renovated room. Not a Sheridan standard.

I was there for a travel agent conference. Our meals and beverage service was provided by the hotel. I think every agent would agree that one bartender, a an older female was beyond rude. Most of us tried to avoid her line.
There were over 400 of us, the escalator was broken the entire time. I also believe an elevator was down, too - we found the freight elevator and used that.
The shower only had hot water, no cold came out of the faucet at all.

Loud maids in the hallways in the morning,
poor housekeeping- no towels in my room, and toilet paper almost empty- housekeeping basics, people! . Furniture had crumbs & dirt under the glass tops. Lamps were strung together with extension cords + one electrical outlet had no cover and exposed wires. Room 1425- great view but scary wiring.

I always stay at this Sheraton when I travel to Secaucus/Meadowlands and have always had a good experience. The rooms are well kept. The bar/restaurant does a nice job and the fitness center is nicer than most hotels.
The shuttle to the Secaucus station is convenient as well.
