un dia de mi estadia no colocaron agua natural embitelada en el baño, en general una excelente experiencia, en el desayino, siento que para el nivel del hotel faltaron semillas para los cereales, y algunas cosas fdulces como queques.

Tuve varios inconvenicnetes con el check in ya que por no haber enviado mi tarjeta de crédito no me respetaron la habitación. El tema es que nunca me pidieron una tc para confirmar la reserva.
Los estacionamientos quedan un poco alejados. El desayuno es regular para este tipo de hotel.

Encontramos una relación precio/calidad para los comestibles y en especial de los bebestibles muy mala. El nivel de servicio del personal en la terraza deja bastante que desear y la verdad es que nos sentimos defraudado.

Hotel property and location are great. Service and professionalism lacking. We arrived early (~10am) to check-in, but the front desk receptionist said that rooms were not inspected yet, thus they could not offer the a room to us yet. Then she goes on to say we could have a room for x $ per hour until the 3pm check in time. I've never experienced such a thing before. The money was not an issue, it was the fact that a room was available ,but was not offered. Other than that, the property itself was nice and the ocean views from the room were excellent.

This hotel is not up to the standards of the Starwood group. I have come to expect exceptional experiences in the Starwood hotel group but the service here was unacceptable. The single star is only for the fact that the views and location are very nice but someone needs to seriously retrain or fire the staff. The registration was completely horrible. The female day manager was rude and actually lied to my companion (in Spanish) that she was the only manager. I had to step in and ask her to call her boss to resolve the issue. Also, the restaurant will also try to add additional tax. I hope the Starwood reps do an on-site review soon.

A beautiful hotel in Viña del Mar. The view to the Pacific Ocean is amazing and the service is so good. Go to the Travesia restaurant for the breakfast.
