The stay at the Sheraton Midtown in Minneapolis was excellent! Location, comfort, cleanliness, everything - very quiet! This was a very stressful time for our family - we had two family members at different hospitals very nearby. So we had several family members staying here. All were very comfortable and the staff made our situation less stressful, helping in anyway they could. The beds were very comfortable! This included the family member having a complicated neck surgery and a mother to be of a high risk pregnancy. Thank you Sheraton Midtown staff for all of your help!!

We recently visited the Midtown Sheraton on a busy week-end: graduations, two weddings, and proms. The hotel was immaculate.
We received prompt, courteous attention from Tariq at the front desk, and he provided
unflappable service throughout the evening, even as the hotel was very busy with guests.
Highest praise to him and the Midtown staff for their service. THe location was convenient for our purposes in the Cities, and the rate was reasonable for the property. Thank you!

It took me several minutes to locate the bathroom light switch. Next morning a friend remarked about the same problem. He NEVER found it. He used his bathroom in the dark.

I have stayed at this location many times before and the staff who was great from the very first time, seems to get better and better with each stay. The staff members at the front desk and lounge treat me like family not just a guest. I always recommend this location to my team members that travel.

We stayed at this Sheraton mainly for the location in Midtown. We were very pleased with the decor of the hotel and especially the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Though the hotel is located in a very busy part of Minneapolis, we rarely heard any noise and had no difficulty with parking. Loved that it was next door to the World Market...great place to get a quick muffin or unique lunch items. Will stay again!

While we may have found lower rates at hotels further away from where our son lives, we realized close proximity to him was worth any added costs. Well, our stay, from beginning to end, was so worth staying here! The moment we stepped in to check in, the wonderful moments started. In my excitement of explaining that we were visiting our son together for the first time since he moved to Minneapolis and that we were leaving a LOT of snow, the gentleman behind the desk asked for my key back...and he upgraded us! Every staff person we encountered met us with smiles, kind words, and suggestions of things to do while visiting those five days. The food was wonderful, room was exceptionally clean and comfy, and we loved being within steps of the Global Market. They also let us know it was "quite fine" for our son to "come and hang with us" at the hotel without any worries. Yes, many may have issues with the location, but you know, experience life, is what we say. It's so close to absolutely everything you could imagine--great food, coffee shops, bakeries, trendy stores, downtown, wonderful sightseeing waterfalls and parks. We truly loved staying here and can't wait to return to visit our son...and this Sheraton hotel! Thank you!!

We were in Minneapolis for a hospital stay. The staff was more than accommodating and the motel was Excellent! It was great to be connected with the hospital and have everything we needed right there.
