The Sheraton Anaheim South met all our expectations. Room was comfortable, and a very good size for the two of us. Staff was helpful with check-in, and during our stay. Would return again.
Only down side was that breakfast could have been more tasty. Although the wait service was very good.

Stayed two nights with our family. Staffs were nice. Room was clean. The bathtub was not draining well. I was offered for green choice in return of 500 starpoints. I was told that I should not use their $5 coupon to get the points, but I still did not get the points after 10 days of stay.

Everyone was extremely polite and accommodating. Marciela especially ensured that our room accommodations were just as requested- thanks so much! I would definitely recommend this location. Excellent location and not overcrowded area compared to other Sheraton locations- no offense.

ROOMS GIVEN AWAY EVEN AFTER CREDIT CARD GIVEN AND CHECKED IN BY LOUIS. MOVED TO NEW ROOM 12:30 AT NIGHT. BREAKFAST OFFERED BUT NOT ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE. SHOWER DRAIN DID NOT WORK SHOWERED IN WATER TO ANKLES. GIVEN 3000 POINTS TO MAKE UP FOR ALL PROBLEMS WHEN A FREE ROOM IS 7000 POINTS

3rd time here and consistently good. Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Club level rooms are large, lounge breakfasts substantial. Shuttle to Disneyland easy and on schedule. Only minor incident was that one key, each time, didn't work and had to be re-keyed.

On business trip and the internet does not work most of the time. Hotel response was when hotel is full the Internet does not work well.
TV not working no HD stations. The hotel also knew this problem existed..
Poor maintenance of this ate.
Stay somewhere else.

this hotel is much more on the inside - well appointed rooms, modern, clean, extremely friendly helpful attentive staff are always there and wonderful. Minutes away (8minute walk on a very open large sidewalk) to the conference centre and Disney. Perfect location.

Being so close to Disney I was pleased each night with how quiet my room was, I only had breakfast buffets but they were very good. Parking was a bit confusing.

if you are looking to have a "club" expereince where you can entertain customers in the PM --there is no wine/beer/cocktails. Also, the breakfast area isn't kept clean/tidy (not a full time server). Very disappointing...don't pay extra to have this benefit.

Perfect base for family Disney vacation. Club Level room and three extra dollars for free wi-fi and shuttle passes to Disney is quite a bargain.Staff was very friendly and hotel was very quiet which surprised me since we were there over kids Spring Break.

The hotel is very well kept and it is a very comfortable. The rooms size are larger than average hotel room at this standard. I also really love the convenience of the location.

Better than expected. Nice beds and linens. Quiet. Friendly staff. The valet acted surprised that I was giving him a tip. Only negative is the charge for WiFi. Even the cheap hotels offer free WiFi and this one wants $9.95 PER DAY!

We has a blast thanks to great staff and great place. Rooms and ballroom was clean along with great food. Children had great time at their heated pools and safe environment.

I've stayed in this hotel several times due to proximity to my client. 2 out of 3 times, they were unable to provide me with club level rooms. No late checkouts either. Location is good, hotel is clean, and staff is nice.

i really liked the hotel overall. the only down fall is if you are there on business dont expect to get a connection to the internet. also if you stay on the club level the right side elevator has a faulty card reader

This is a nice hotel and the staff were extremely friendly. Our guest room was clean & comfortable. However, our toilet had an issue, the trash cans in the hallways were overflowing, and the elevators were not clean.

The staff at Sheraton garden grove are Awesome. Always friendly and accommodating. The hotel is perfect for my family. Pool jacuzzi now laundry facility with microwave perfect add on. Love Sheraton in garden grove.

I've stayed in a sheraton property every week this year and this was by far the worst experience I've had. While we were not attending the resorts, we thought the location would make this hotel more suitable for traveling with kids - it wasn't. There was a shuttle to the resorts, but the waiting area was always full of sour faced people sitting near the waste bins. Parking at the hotel -even for gold members - costs more than parking at the disneyland garage, so there's no real value added by the shuttle.
The hotel was recently remodeled, but poorly executed; for example, the floor below rhe carpet is uneven with abrupt surface changes of an inch. The wardrobe provided as a closet was not tall enough to hang clothes and the ironing board was half the size of other Sheraton properties. The "heated" pool was heated to about 68 degrees one day and 80 degrees the next. The staff was cheerful, laughing and joking one with another; but they were very inatentive to patrons. I waited several minutes to check out while employees milled about the front desk without helping anyone.

This hotel does need some attention. I had a reservation, using spg points, and upon arrival at 8:30 pm my room was not ready. I had asked for an upgrade, which is customary as I am a gold member. They did not offer an upgrade, and after I asked, the rooms available were not clean. It's 8:30pm. They should have had my room already set aside for upgrade and checked to make sure all was in order. I also was not impressed with the fact that after I checked in, went to my room and returned to the lobby, approximately 20 minutes later, to find the lobby full. A bus had unloaded and the people were waiting to check in. I wondered if their rooms where ready or if they received higher level rooms over spg clients.
The overall condition of the hotel was satisfactory for the amount of points required for a one night stay. The hallways definately need to to be spruced up: new carpet and air freshener would be in order.
If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Disneyland, just down the street, this is a very desireable location. Just be aware of the nightly parking fee!!

We stayed in the Spring and it was great. 4 months later we stayed again. Carpets in the halls and rooms were very dirty. We did not take our shoes off it was so bad. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned.

Rated 5 out of 5 Hotel Experience
This hotel was chosen by the organization that is sponsoring a seminar I am attending. I am very pleased with the facility. However, there are only a few minor details that I was a little disappointed with/ 1) No ventilation in the gym. I know it is small, and sweat is expected but it is stuffy making it hard to breathe; 2) There should be a smoking area for those who smoke because as a non-smoker entering the facility I don't want to walk through a cloud of smoke to do so, and I think it is unfair not to have a comfortable designated place, I mean even those waiting for the shuttle get seating accommodations. Lastly, which is something I know can't be changed but I want to mention...the bathroom door in my room was a nuisance to me. I don't like to feel shut in when I am in the bathroom but there was no way for me to prop the door open so I had to use my suitcase and because of the direction the door opened, it I had to do it every time I used the bathroom because otherwise I couldn't exit the hotel. I think an immediate solution would be to provide a doorstop. (smile). Thanks...

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. We got a room on the second floor, and the entire floor smelled like a mix of Mexican and Indian food. Worse was when we got to our room; our room was a complete mess. Obviously house keeping hasn't touched the room, and it was well over the check in time. Front desk ended up giving us a new room on a different floor. We thought we could finally rest after a long trip, but the sheets were ALL stained and had random pieces of hair. From the comforter, to the sheets, and the pillowcases. Gross! We called house keeping to change out the entire bedding completely. Next day after a long visit to DIsneyland we arrived back to our room around 11pm and our room was completely untouched. Towels and bedding was exactly where we left them. Front desk excuse was that we probably left the do not disturb sign on the door, but we honestly never touched that sign. House keeping just ended up giving us two towels and left. My family and I have stayed here a few times before and it was always a pleasant stay, but after this experience I don't believe I'll ever come back.

Aside from being the furthest Sheraton from Disneyland this hotel is clean and new. Rooms are comfortable and just what you needs. No frills budget hotel but has everything you need.
