The food is good and most of staff are nice and helpful. But I have to say the wedding is bad as the sheet smells and feel bad as the pillow is too soft.

Very poor guest services and was not friendly. They messed our room up and never apologized once for the inconvenience. The only thing he could say was that's not what it says.

Booked a room for my wife and myself and a separate room for my business partner to travel delays it happened that my wife and business partner would check in first..called ahead to make sure would get my Platinum amenities and although assured it would happen it did not....as Platinum member requested a late check out and no fewer than six times - housekeeping entered our room- even with the do not disturb sign....the charges for the rooms were all screwed up and no response from hotel as to getting it corrected...not a good stay

Sarah and Romona in the bar make the evening go quick. It's always fun having them around. Matt at checking in or checkout makes sure everything is just as you want it. The chefs in the morning make a mean omelet!!! The roast beef we had for our group lunch the other day was so tender and tasty you cut it with a fork. Everyone was helpful during or meeting.

Stayed on a road trip with our dog. Front desk staff gave us a nice upgrade. Club room had snacks, drinks and decent breakfast. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Overall very comfortable stay with really good service

First its check in, club room, bar, breakfast and the cleaning crew and the shuttle crew. It's all about the people. I know most of them by name but I might miss one so I know if I would mention there name they get a little extra. Well everyone should receive it because ever one has alway gone out of their way to make sure I have the best stay. The hotel is getting tried but they make up for it. I'm going to name some but that's not a complete list. Matt, Sara, Mo, Ryan, Rebecca, Morgan, Tom, Kim, Romona and the breakfast crew, they make the best omelette and my do we have fun at breakfast. Do the pizza in the bar. Cracker crust!!!!!

First the good. I have stayed here on business at least 9 times. One time I even got,stranded in Des Moines, and the hotel staff there are wonderful. Every time. This last trio, everything that can go,wrong with my room did. The staff were wonderful.
The,bad...its just an average overpriced hotel.
