I would like to let you know how wonderful the staff at the hotel are to me. They are very friendly and always assist with whatever reservation issues I may have. The ladies in the lounge are always so polite and they pay attention to what my favorites are and try to keep them stocked. I've never had such great service at a hotel in the many years of travel in the U.S.
Thanks to Lisa and all the staff again for making my time away from home pleasant and comfortable.

From our initial stay a few years ago until now, the points it costs to stay have increased by 3,000 (10,000 per night) and the valet parking has increased by $3.00 ($20 + tax). These are the only negatives, really.
We stayed 3 nights this last trip.
The Club Lounge has increased their quality of food, offering a full breakfast and the evening offerings are usually good as well. Kendra and George(?) were pleasant in the mornings and evenings respectively.
The bartenders at this location are very, very good as is the menu; much better than your typical hotel bar. The lobster mac & cheese is incredible and the chowder is very good as well.
Quick, efficient service from check-in to check-out. Any minor inconveniences are dealt with in a reasonable time frame.
This property is within walking distance to museums and plenty of good places to eat.
If available, get a room with a river view.

This hotel has a great location downtown. It also has some of the best customer service I've experienced at a Sheraton. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for the superb experience!

This was my second time at this hotel and I booked it because of the riverview rooms. Our room was comfortable, although it never got as cool as we would have liked. I prefer rooms with bathroom exhaust fans and there was no refrigerator in the room, but the bed was comfortable and the pool is great. Our riverview was nice, although we looked out over the top of the dining room below. Love being right on the Riverwalk and at night the city lights were great. We would come back.

I was tasked with finding meeting space for a series of meetings for our client. After calling several hotels in Tampa and either not getting a prompt response or dealing with a unfriendly representative, I spoke with Bill at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first phone call all the way through the final billing reconciliation process! He went out of his way to help me plan the layout and flow of our meetings and made a point of knowing who our key contacts were on-site. Especially since I was planning all these meetings remotely and would not be on-site, it was a huge piece of mind to know that Bill was overseeing all our events. I wish every hotel I dealt with had a Bill for their catering contact!

This Sheraton has a rather tight gym, but has a lounge serving up breakfast and happy hour grub in the evening. It has a great espresso machine, hard to beat the free coffee!
Front desk staff is also knowledgeable of the area so use them for restaurant recommendations or a good running route.
