Rated 2 out of 5 by Not again Being close to Disney is great for families but if your not going to Disney, I would recommend staying somewhere else. The hotel is loud, with loud interior doors. You would think that Sheraton could figure out a way to make interior doors close quietly. I understand that casual travelers don't understand how to try and be as quiet as possible for their neighbors Hotels should figure this out for everyone's comfort. Avoid the 9th floor altogether. There's a stairway door that slams shut after every entry. It echoes down the entire floor. I' always amazed at how a hotel can hide parking charges when you make a reservation and it's not even on the e mail confirmation. When you check in, it magically shows up. The hotel will give you the excuse that they don't own the parking lot and yes it's on their site when you book. Well, you have to really dig to find it on the site. Bottom line is they don't disclose this as they should. So be aware that you will have to pay another $16.00 a day to park. August 30, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Perfect walking distance to Disneyland The hotel is a bit outdated, but is a perfect distance (10-15 minute walk) to Disneyland. However, the two times when I had contact with the staff was not great. The person checking me in (at 3am) didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The second time was when I called the front desk b/c there was a message left for me. After being put on hold and waiting for 5 minutes, I eventually just hung up. August 26, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stay Here There are two Sheraton hotels in Anaheim. This one and a filthy one. Do yourself a favor and stay here. We didn't and tried the other one first. We eventually ended up here as the other hotel was so dirty. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and looked after us when we arrived. It was clean, and you can see the Disney fireworks from your balcony. August 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by What a comfortable stay. The room was super clean. The view was great. I was very glad we stayed here. There was a girl that checked us in that was an unfriendly moron and screwed up our bill, but everyone else from bellman to housekeeping and all the other front desk people were professional and helpful. The other front desk people immediately fixed the billing problem as soon as the one girl was off so it wasn't that big of a deal. The conference center is close and Disneyland is close. We had a great stay. 5 nights. August 23, 2013

Start off by walking in with my family to check in and the hotel clerk Esperenza, she said her name was after I asked her name. Never NEVER smiled or greeted us at all. As we walked I n or came to the counter so this was out first impression RUDENESS. Also her rudeness we that we had to ask her all the questions.. She took our credit card never said she be charging a $50 hold on it gave us no information about that. We both looked at each my fiancé and I and said wow she was a grumpy person, I hope that's not an indicator of the service were going to get. Then we check in our room.. lts super warm we change and head to Disneyland and come back at 9pm our room is so warm. Not know we can call the front desk we wait till morning and call didn't sleep out rooms was so hot. They said they will send someone to look at the AC, the maintenance person was there as we were leaving for Disneyland. We come back at 530pm still the room is warm no note saying if they fixed the issue or what??? I had to call down to the front desk to find out. They didn't have nay idea and said we change switch rooms. Were exhausted completely unpacked and now we have to repack and change rooms. This was a huge inconvenience, . Then I needed to called the front desk because in the rush to pack and change rooms we left an iphone charger in the room. And was on hold 5 minutes. The the front desk person who answered the call was annoyed I am guessing, the way she answer the call like I was bother her, not friendly or pleasant AT ALL. I was thinking wow the people who work here make me not feel welcomed at all. Ok so then we go to check out of our room on the 19th and guess whos helping me ..the rude esperenza lady who was there at check in. She was still rude if not ruder than check in. Im a friendly smiling all the time type of person and I said wed like to check out please here are our rooms keys. Time was about 1140 am. And I said I just wanted let you know that you never told us you would be holding $50 on our credit card. I said you should let your guest know this. She argued with me and I did tell you that. I said NO ma'am you never did we found out by checking our bank balance and my fiance asked me and I said I had not idea they did that. She stood there and argued back and forth to me with a guest there next to me. Her voice was loud and so rude I cant not express this enough how rude she was. And I said I cant believe you are arguing with me. I said im not lying to you, you never told me. then I said you were rude at our check in and a very rude person at our check out and I told her Id be emailing the Sheraton Hotel about her. I hope that something will be done because I will not want to ever come back to this hotel again. I was so very disappointed in the customer service we received/ it ruined some of my time there in California staying at your hotel. thank you August 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel is good. This hotel is a charming one. Nice walk paths, pools and layout. Front desk folks are on the ball and friendly. Keep in mind, however, that even though the main reason to stay here is Disneyland, this hotel is not synched with the park. There is no hotel shuttle to and from (the other Sheraton is, however) The room service shuts down at 11:00 p.m. - when the park closes. So, if you are starving, you need to get food somewhere else. Room service, when opened is run by the restaurant next door and their wait staff is not as polished as hotel's. Be sure to check your order since they forgot drinks with mine and never came back with them like they promised. August 21, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Problem with SPG communication with hotel My son and I traveled to Disneyland with a friend and her son. She is disabled and when booking the room through SPG I spoke to the agent about specific needs. The agent aid she had noted all our needs and the Sheraton Park would receive the information. When we arrived, we learned that this property did not even have the ability to meet our request. While the desk agent worked very hard to find us the best possible options and even checked with the other local Sheraton to accommodate us, we still ended up with a compromise that impacted my disabled friend. So while the hotel itself was well maintained and the staff did what they could to accommodate us. The communication of the SPG staff was disappointing because they did not tell me this hotel could not meet our needs and the hotel staff who received our reservations should have seem the notes in the system and communicated with us in advance to let us know our needs could not be met. While I am normally very happy with my Sheraton experience, this trip was disappointing. August 18, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by The terrible reception staff SPG emmploy I booked this hotel using an internet provider, i tried using your site but the difference in price was to much. When i booked in the first thing reception told me was they did not have to honour my booking for a room with 2 queen beds because i had not booked direct. I was travelling with my wife and daughter. Then quit strongly told that they would ignore my starwoods preferred guest card because i had not used your web site. We where then given room 201 which is directly over the "pump room" the noise all night was terrible. They grudgingly moved us the next day, telling me " well the room opposite have not moaned" they where the most unhelpful reception staff i have ever met. When we asked for coffee because none was left it never appeared. The hotel is a joke! August 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 Had a great stay with bad room service Aside from the outdated design, compared to some of the other hotels around, this hotel is wonderful. The only thing that came as a shock was the room service. We had ordered room service at 9 pm. (Nothing spectactular, just a salad and some nachos). when we received our food at 11pm (two hours later) the nachos were warm at best; the dressing in the salad tasted old, almost sour; and we were overcharged by 30 dollars... This was a display of absurd service. However, after walking down to the front, it was apparent the employee cared much more than the room service team. Speaking with him, he listened, was attentive and ended up company the meal we didn't actually eat. This was a nice gesture, Yet in summary, this whole experience sheds light on a huge opportunity for the hotel: Room Service. August 16, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Unfortunately... We have been coming to this hotel for the past 10 years and at first it was great. As the years have gone by you can tell they are doing their best to maintain it. However, this past weekend we were given a room that needed definite upgrade. The bathroom especially. The hotel employees were rude when we checked in and had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get our room. Which, by the way, we had to repeatedly return to the front desk to ask if the room was ready. By 4PM, we had gotten no call and went up again. New crew had come in and no one was aware that we had been waiting for a call for our room. Very upsetting especially when you're traveling with children. It's too bad. August 13, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient Location, But No Wifi Access I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which was convenient walking distance from the Anaheim Convention Center where I was attending Vidcon. Also walked to Disneyland for a day trip. I made use of the shop / breakfast restaurant located on the premises, which was great to have. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were very nice. I especially appreciated the free bottled water which was replenished daily. The one negative was that I was unable to get internet access. Apparently it was only free in the lobby, not in the rooms, and when I tried to get access I was unable to log in. The staff was not able to resolve this issue, and I was forced to go over to the convention center for internet access. August 10, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Wifi and Parking too expensive Overall, the hotel was fine; clean with good amenities available. It was in the perfect location for us to reach both the anaheim convention center and Disneyland. Unfortunately the parking was $16 per day self park. The majoritiy of hotels in the area offer free wifi but this one charged $10 per day! We paid for only 1 day of wifi because the service was so bad. August 8, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Customer Service We had poor customer service from the moment we arrived. One week after checkout, we are still waiting to share our feedback with hotel management. Rooms are small, as are the bathrooms. Balconies are nice if you can get one with a view. Lack of a shuttle to the park is definitely a negative, particularly if you have young kids. Pool is nice, but deep in many sections if you have young kids. August 3, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Improvement Room was at 73 degrees. Was told by Maintenance that the walls for the rooms at the end of the hall were not insulated and cannot get any cooler, not even 2 degrees cooler. Both sink faucet and tub facet leaked. After my two-day stay, the hot water faucet on the sink did not turn on at all, and toilet water, at times, had to be filled manually because the equipment inside the bowl was not working. Unacceptable for the room prices I paid. July 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Needed New Room Upon checking in I got to my room to realize that it was filled with cigarette smoke from the room next door, I went back to the front desk to get my room switched and without hesitation the gentleman took care of my request. Everything worked out and I had a great stay. The new room was nice, overlooked the firework display of Disneyland and all was well. July 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay I enjoyed my stay in the Sheraton Park. I came for a business trip and receive excellent service. Alma did our check in and she was just great accommodating all our needs. I was upgraded to club floor. The room was spacious and my bed was very comfortable. Internet service was fast. At the club floor breakfast selection was ok, with no hot items available. I used the gym which had a good selection of cardio machines and free weights. Parking is charged. Overall very happy with my stay. looking forward to return in December. July 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel caters to their guests The look and feel of the hotel was beyond my expectations.. The layout of the walk areas and surrounding plants gave it a very tropical feel. The room was very comfortable & surprising was that the water bottles on the desk were complimentary.. Now that is a plus!!! Top this off was the food provided for the conference..
