The room was ok, but had some things that should have been addressed prior to it being rented. First there was the paint job along side of the desk. The wall was painted down to the top of the desk and from there down was untouched. I realize this is aesthetic, but it IS a Sheraton. There was what looked like a spitball on the wall next to the window. The shower door was not attached to the rail at the bottom which made it a little unstable. Also, there was a spot of damaged plaster and mold about as big as my hand on the ceiling in the shower. Again not a terribly bad room, but not up to Sheraton's standards.

Friendly staff at check-out and throughout facility; very willing to help. Room was spotless and had plenty of towels. Bed was super comfortable. Gym was available, which is a big plus for many. Would definitely stay at a Sheraton again.

I could nit pick on a few things on thorough cleaning, but the main thing was that the first morning my glass shower doors stuck together and seemed maybe a little off track. The next night after missing our flight, I came back and brought two others with me from my business trip. Since rooms were available would have been great to get my same previous rate and could only earn 10.00 less if I called the reservation center and lost 750 Southwest points. The other two guys said they thought they would come back there on the JAX trips btw. Other than that good trip. First time at Sheraton.

This hotel was very conveniently located to st johns town plaza and a short drive to jacksonville landing and downtown. the room was clean and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel close to Southside business area and St. Johns Town Center shopping. The Club Lounge is just the 6th floor elevator foyer - very poor choice, small and not conducive to relaxation.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Jacksonville Sheraton and both times were very pleased with all aspects of our stay as rated above. All staff were always friendly, professional and available as needed.

Hotel has mold or mildew problems and smell in rooms is terrible. After booking three rooms, we had to move all three because if the smell. Asked for foam pillows and received feather. Attendant spoke zero English. Breakfast on club floor was pitiful and was taken up before 9 am on a weekend. Asked for late check out for Starwood gold and was told it was not available - on a Sunday? Really? Was looking to book property for a large group over three weekends each year, but after the terrible rooms, poor service, etc. I will keep on looking! Great location but not worth it!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel for a conference. Rooms are very nice and quiet (for the most part). I was a little disappointed to learn they allow pets (found out when our neighbors dog was barking), however, we would stay here again.
Also, if you need a refrigerator &/or microwave, just ask. They were brought right up and it was very nice to have in our room at no extra charge!
NOTE: Breakfast is very expensive for what you get & staff is rather unattentive!

We had a reservation. We called & confirmed the reservation the AFTERNOON day of our arrival.
Upon check in we had NO room.
The girls at the desk was extremely nice trying to figure out where to put us. Finally my family had to be split in two rooms. Traveling with children and being split up NOT FUN.

Walls are paper thin at this hotel! Someone's TV kept us up 2 nights in a row. Also, housekeeping is so loud...especially if you are in a corner room near their "office". Beds are comfortable, but noise is so annoying.!!!! It is too bad, as the hotel's location is really convenient, walking distance to Town Center, short drive to beaches...

The website needs to be updated. For a Club room it still states cocktails as included. We were informed during our stay that is no longer true. Also, the club room was closed Thanksgiving. We were not informed, I read it on a memo that was on the counter, covered by other SPG literature. What is the purpose of the club floor if the amenities are nonexistent. Biggest disappointment I have ever experienced, especially since I am an owner at one of your high-end resorts.

I have stayed here many times. Always very good, however, I would not remommend stay on the ends.. It was extremely loud in the mornings and evenings. I believe my room 202 is right next to some sort of giant closet.. lots of loud noises (like banging).

My room was amazing, but when I needed to leave it, it was impossible. The shuttle was always 45 minutes late in picking up from a location and 15 minutes late to leave the hotel. No reason was ever given and the driver was on his cell phone the entire time. It got to the point where we called a cab to go 5 minutes away...

Lots to like about this hotel. Staff is smart and accomodating, close to shopping and restaurants, onsite bar/restaurant is above what you would expect, pretty grounds, and the club floor is a lobby style area right out of the elevators on the top floor. Rooms are as expected for a sheraton, might need a bit of an update in a year or so but overall a good place to stay.
Only thing is, don't expect to be downtown, you are 15-20 mins away. Otherwise a nice place if you are passing through or on business.

Hotel has been excellent in the past. I ate at the restaurant twice. The server was not professional or prepared. The food was very poor quality on both occasions. The restaurant seemed very disorganized. The mattress in the room was very lumpy and the coils could be felt.

The location is great if you are on the southside of town and looking for something with a decent fitness area. Rooms are clean and big enough so you dont feel tight.
Front desk staff could be a bit more helpful as I had issues with reservations who continued to refer me to the manager to rectify.

Plush comfy bedding awaits you here at the Sheraton. Down comforters as well as pillowtop mattresses and large pillows help ease the day away.
This was also our first time staying on the Club floor. Small, intimate but plentiful breakfast buffet in the morning on the Club floor was sufficient.
Easy scoot to St. John's Town Center for a day of shopping and dining.

Your attention to detail and customer care are excellent, it is exemplified thru out your staff. We were greeted kindly and completed the check in process swiftly. We found the room more than adequate and clean. Will visit regularly as I now half a student at UNF.

At the end of my stay in a room with two beds I should have earned 15 green night awards. Only 13 posted to my account. When I inquired where the others where, I was informed that even though the housekeeping staff never cleaned the room, the green night awards would not be given because they should have.
I am very unsatisfied with this hotel and I will find somewhere else to stay the next time my job brings me to Jacksonville

Generally speaking this is a very nice hotel. The rooms are good looking, comfortable and clean. There was a very large desk and chair with a lot of space for work. The bathroom was exceptionally nice. Big lobby with four computers for guests use. There was also a lounge and restaurant.
There was just one thing I noticed. The room had been painted at some point and instead of moving the furniture, the painters left large areas where the furniture came close to the wall unpainted and the colors were quite different. That looked very cheesy. Definitely would not stop me from staying there again.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! Kudo's to Cathy in Housekeeping, Denise on the Club Level Floor on Saturday, and Megan at the Front Desk. They were excellent in their exhibition of superb customer service and all three went above and beyond in their servicing!

We had a 500ft 3 room club suite. I was surprised how small this amount of space really is. The ceilings are very high so I guess the high ceilings are included in the overall footage. My stay was nice. The only thing that disappointed me was the "Sweet Sleeper" sofa. They advertise it as being SO comfortable but it's just "coils+springs"! It has no padding and is NOT comfortable at all-this is a joke! I felt bad that my son had to sleep on such a ridiculous contraption.
