The walls in the room are paper thin... Neither my fiancé or I slept the entire night. If the facilities flushed, you heard it. If the water was running, you heard it. People in the halls talking, you heard it. If the elevator four rooms down made noise you heard it. Plus, at check out there was no staff available to speak to. Very disappointing! Not what you would expect of a Sheridan hotel...

Excellent hotel, great rooms. Unfriendly front desk agents, sometimes they wont give you an upgrade even if its available. Club room's snacks selections are too southern and unhealthy. Location and rooms are great.

The Sheraton was very clean and the staff at the front desk were quite friendly. My main disappointment was with the communication regarding breakfast on the club level. There are signs stating that breakfast is served at 7:00 am and when I went there at 7:05 there was nothing there. I called the front desk and they said they didn't know what happened and didn't offer to resolve the issue. Finally, one of the managers came up to fix the coffee machine but nothing else.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton on Deerwood Park Blvd. in Jacksonville. The only thing wrong was the weather. The room and staff were great. the only difficulty we had was that the exterior door on the far end of the hotel past the meetings rooms was very difficult to open.
Otherwise everything was super!!

I was told on the phone when I booked that breakfast was included, then again with I received an email but when I arrived I was told that my breakfast was not included.

Love to stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for shopping, visiting the beach side, and attending activities to the West. We enjoy all that Jacksonville offers and this hotel is a convenient location to everything. Wonderful to go across the street to St John's Town Center and walk around after a long drive. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The atmosphere at this hotel is perfect and the decor is very nice and relaxing.

In general the hotel was fine but the level of service was not up to what I am used to from a Starwood property. There were two issues in particular. The TV was not working properly and would not turn on reliably. There were numerous calls made to the front desk to send someone up to address the issue but no one ever came during our 4 day stay. The other issue was that the room was not cleaned at all on Sunday. The cleaning person came while my daughter was showering so we asked her to come back in about 15 minutes but no one ever came back.

Fine hotel, the staff especially Emily on the 6th floor were extremely nice.
I put the spa under below expectations due to the hotel not having one.
