Rated 1 out of 5 by TerryRIPPED THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
This hotel attempted to charge my credit card over $70,000 for a 4 nite stay on our first nite, charged my card $56,000 the 2nd nite, checked us into a room that was already occupied by a guest, 3 elevators were out of order forcing us to walk 12 flights of stairs on several occasions making us late to business functions, and then they had the audacity of deducting 20,000 of my SPG points! The general manager and his assistant were very poor at returning my voicemail messages, emails, and we're not very accommodating with providing a satisfactory discount for our incredibly unpleasant stay.

I live in LA but chose to stay at this hotel on the night I was going dinner then a concert. The restaurant and concert venue were a short walk from the hotel. Nearly everything was excellent at this hotel. The afternoon hors d;oevres were very good and the fact that it is offered until 8PM is a refreshing change. I was upgraded to a suite on a high floor and it was very comfortable. My two criticisms: the elevators are not as slow as the website warns but they are not speedy either; the valet parking is very expensive. I opted to park in a lot a block away and across the street for $15.and was very satisfied and I recommend that option.

We like staying at the Sheraton. This one is undergoing construction as stated on the reservation site. Room was very nice. Ambiance in the restaurant very cool. Can't wait to see what it looks like when the hotel and mall are finished.

My friend and I stayed at this location because we were going to a concert at the Staples Center. The hotel is about a 4 minute uber ride from the Staples Center. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although the hotel was under construction, the elevators were quick and the hotel did a great job of keeping all of the construction under wraps. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The Front Desk Staff and the man who was working the bar, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only negative thing was the food in the restaurant. I ordered a Barbeque Chicken Quesadilla and found a bone in the chicken. Not cool! There is a parking charge of $37 per night however, I will say the Valet man was quick and friendly. All in all, I would stay here again and would absolutely recommend this location to friends or family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kidow0079 Very nice room!
Even though the hotel was under renovation, I found no inconvenience at all. Elevators were fast, unlike what the website says, I want to visit again after renovation. Room condition was very good! Stylish and cozy.
