We Loved the new decor and all of the convenient charging stations through out the lobby!
We stayed overnight so my daughter could attend her prom nearby. The decor of the lobby allowed us to take some exceptional pictures she will cherish forever!
The hotel staff was amazing, pleasant and professional. Lizzette was very courteous when she checked us in and explained the hotel layout and even recommended the best spots to take pictures!
We went down to the restaurant around 10 something to try and stay awake while we waited for our girls to get back from Prom and met Eduardo. He was super friendly and accommodated our need for some deliciousness. He brought out a brownie drenched in chocolate syrup, surrounded with berries with a side or vanilla ice cream!
The breakfast bar the next morning was perfect!
The rooms were clean and the beds where definitely heavenly!
The deck was also super nice, just wished their was a pool.
We will definitely be back soon!

Impressed with the look of the hotel lobby after renovation. Reminded me of the Luxury Collection properties. Staff - responsive and accommodating. Special mentions: Richard at check in was outstanding and a true ambassador of the brand. Miguel at check out very efficient in dealing with a long line. Concierge friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms are spacious and the purple color scheme on point. Perfect downtown hotel for a cultural exploration of the city (art, museums, theatres etc); also tons of nice restaurants in walking distance. Had a great time and will most likely return if back in LA.

Good I called inquiring about early check in and was informed they could not accomodate.
I arrived at 302pm and my rooms were not ready! I informed the concierge I was a gold member and if I could be upgraded.
There was a little hesitation but
Because my rooms were not ready, I was given club access for the duration of my stay. I do understand Wonder con was taking place and hotel was full. I am thankful for the staffsupport friendly and accommodating attitude.
Also I hope they could appreciate my patience and understanding.

The hotel is in a good location. The quality is good in general but the front desk staff was not what one would expect from Sheraton for both quality and sincereness.

Since this hotel recently went through renovations, I think I expected more. The rooms were beautifully done, but I feel like some small things were missed (ie. a fan for the bathroom would be useful). The gym was too small and there was no pool; it's LA, a pool would have been a great addition. All the servers in the restaurant were great as well as the concierge staff.

The first impression was not reelly good as we came to the reception for check-in,two staff were too busy talking to receive us.We had to go to the third one instead.
I was calling to ask a kettle to boil hot water to feed my baby when we were check-in on 7th March.I got a really really old ,dirty one with permanent dirt on the coil ,I think nobody could use it to feed baby. As he was very tired,he went to sleep with warm milk.But he did not very well sleep without warm milk or water.On the next day evening,I came to front desk to talk about the dirty kettle and asked some hot water.I was just given a bottle of hot water there.But unfortunately on 9th March ,I was told there was no hot water on the front desk,no CLEAN kettle to the room... Today it is still the ugly one in my room even I am calling for a NEW CLEAN one.That is awful.
Actually ,the coffee machine was full of mould water and the window is dirty too.
We planed to live here until weekend but All above OFFERS make us think to change to the other hotel instead.

A full service hotel in a major international city needs to have room service, I was very surprised to find that the hotel does not offer in room dining when I tried to order breakfast. The staff's response of "we do not have in room food delivery" was all they would say, scripted and repeated.
The vanity in my bathroom was way too small and seemed so strange compared to the wasted space in the rest of the room.
