-Room is excellent, smoking and bed preference was met even when not submitted in reservation, thank you staff.
-Good pool, very nice, almost 50 meters.
-Executive lounge is quiet and comfortable.
Small improvement needed at breakfast:
-Pepper & salt containers needs cleaning
-Porridge is watery
-Staff can be more attentive in refilling coffee & tea
-Smoking section can be removed, smell spreads

Sheraton Club Lounge - Changsha
A place called home.
For business I need to travel a lot and it is important for me have a good place where I can relax after a working day.
In the last travel I have discovered than Sheraton it is not only a place where I can relax but it is also a place where the staff take really care of me.
I was sick and the Sheraton Club Lounge staff have make all is possible to help me like if I was in my home.

The staff is very cooperative , the response of Eddy for Room Service & response of Jennifer in Lobby Bar are Excellent. The service is excellent.

The stay in Sheraton Changsha was a really delightful experience for me. The room setting was nice and modern. Staffs were very kind and helpful.
One thing worth to be mentioned is the restaurant Zen Bar which locates on the 3rd floor, I would like to say it's the best west style restaurant which I had ever seen in Changsha. One of the sales of the bar, Ms Deng really know how to make customers feel comfortable and enjoy themselves in the bar.
Besides Sheraton Changsha, I also tried another 5-stars hotel in Changsha, but I soon shift back to it for its high quality service and great restaurant.

I first notice a deformed and part melted spatula was used to cook egg products at the restaurant during Breakfast in 1/15/2014. I SAW the same melted spatula at the egg counter again this morning (2/19/2014). I wanted to take a photo of the disgusted spatula that you use to cook for all the hotel guess, but I was stopped by one of the chef (middle age man). I confronted him with my concern, but he does not seem to care. He finally replaced it with a new spatula to prepare a scramble egg for me after I insist. The try of sloppy management by the SPG management team in Changsha is terrible. In addition, the level of house keeping is also not consistence. I just found a teared/non-standard quilt cover for my bed in the suite.

The service Manager Miss Yen is EXCELLENT , Even in case of problem she addresses the guest very well. The room service for dinner is well addressed by Miss GRACE , who knows the typr of food liked by the guests.I am very much impressed by the response of entire team in Changsha sheraton.
